It could be got from FRSC office, same place as your driver license. There is also an online portal: http://www.ndlverification.frsc.gov.ng/

However, I do not know if the online portal can be relied upon.

You will need a Driver's License Letter or what some call Driver's extract. You can get this from the Nigeria Embassy at Ottawa or better yet, from Nigeria.

I'm not sure about BC, but i don't think it'll be needed, you should be okay with just the Nigeria driver's license.....except for Ontario.

If your son want to travel after october he will need a new medical and am sure ircc will still send a message before then to inform you about ur medical to expire soon .medical are only valid for 12 months ,so you can start make arrangememt for new medical and update ircc.

For visit visa, he does not need. The officer may just ask for letter of authorization from his dad giving his consent to travel with you since he is till a minor but depends on the officer.

Please does he need a LOI to enter Canada?

You can get any other good Android phone. I use a Huawei phone and got a sim in Toronto. It worked perfectly well for me in Toronto before I moved to my province.

well you are wrong. The child allowance, gst/ hst benefits one will get is based on income from Nigeria. I got 500 cad for gst/ hst. For those with kids they will have to fill their last income from Nigeria while canada income is zero. Mazuide is right
