That's why I said your current business is a preamble to your main plans and ambition.

1. To provide at least 30% capital for your production business (your real dream).
2. To help you build networks which will not make your production business go through the traditional 3-5 years of uncertainty before seeing the light.
Yea yeah its all part of the plan.
Thanks men,

From my judgement, I think all you're doing at this stage of your life is a preamble to your real ambition and plans.
You'll most likely diversify into large scale production. I haven't seen a large scale manufacturer who isn't rich.
The amazing thing about you is that you do not intend to run a local sole proprietorship manufacturing firm prevalent among your Igbo people. You intend to establish a world class business with shareholders which may evolve into a conglomerate.
Well,yes.
I am not a huge fan of importation and I believe a lot of the things people rush to China to import can very well be produced here, reason why I support very well the free float of the naira to help offset high cost of production here than China.
Someone needs to change the narrative for sure, its something I know can be done but first I've got to build my trade networks.
You know what kills many industry is the inability to sell.
Mine will be different.
Create trade networks first(by trading of course) and then manufacture and distribute via the trade networks you created in your time in trade.
Nothing is impossible sha.

I know you ain't a billionaire yet. But it's obvious you'll be in the next 10 years because of your mindset and determination. I was futuristic in my previous comment.
Oh yeah?
Why do you think so?

It's rare to see old women graduating from there because of the amount of reading and dedication required. Plus high IQ for your children. The sky would be their beginning with a billionaire father like you (business sense) and intelligent mother (medical doctor) who will spend more time guiding them to achieve academic success.
Ha baba I'm not a billionaire yet ooo.
But one thing certain is that I'll like to raise smart offspring so definitely I'd look for a befitting mother to marry. If I was looking for just about anybody,I'd have been taken a long time ago. cheesy
I've had 2 befitting relationships but with older women. Its all fun and exciting at first but when it comes to commitment, one begins to see the difficulty in such unions.
And I wouldn't like to have more than 2 kids and I wanna start soon so we can all grow together so time is really running out for me.

I saw some of them in the hospital during my last visit working with their Chief consultants. Young pretty medical doctors. Fine face with figure 8. The beautiful ones are not yet born, indeed.

These girls gain admission in Private universities at 16 these days. No ASUU strike or prolonged semester. In less than 6 years, they are done.

Check the medical sector boss.
As a matter of fact I have been thinking towards this line for a long time, and it seems it's just what I'll do.
Thanks man,I really appreciate it.
I will visit hospitals more henceforth. grin

Personally I feel it's hard to see a young lady under the age of 26 who's doing well and is ready to get married. Maybe because they are so focused on advancing their careers, they throw aside marriage.
90% don't have careers at this point and will most times be seen as liabilities to men who want youthful, productive women(in essence, deficient men).
Mehn,if I were you I'd look for a youngster from a good home(less baggage) and brush her up to my taste and spec so that I can enjoy her youthfulness and be happy with her for a long time before that sad, sorry phase of their lives come up(it happens to all women).
Don't let trivial things as money /career deprive you of happiness and go and carry one old layer in the name of woman which at the end of the day you'd regret, because you'll find out that women are really not wired to support homes with finances.
Like what can they even contribute?Even the so called working class apart from cooking soup and stocking the fridge? undecided
You'd soon find out that the only tangible thing a woman can offer a comfortable man is her youth, nothing else!
Commot hand for old women matter in the name of career woman unless you are lucky enough to find a youthful one.
No say I no tell you.

Well, you know every where you go, you'd always meet the good and bad.
I've also met Nigerian girls who weren't after the money or materialistic but they didn't want the same thing as me, they were considering marriage anytime soon.
So I let them be.
We also have very pretty Nigerian girls, I've met a lot.
Because they are old already na.
I am suffering the same thing where you'd see a pretty lady, financially stable and kind, but they all have one common problem which is age ,reason they are always pushing for marriage.
Nigeria capitalism wasn't built for people to attain stability early unless one is very fortunate.
And I want a youthful person, very youthful!Cos I wanna enjoy her to the fullest before she starts deteriorating.
I don't know about you though, maybe you don't mind rubbing on dry leather, but I do grin

You're definitely waaay less Intelligent and exposed than I thought!

Bye!
A city can be rich(oil) but it's people are dirt poor.
That's exactly the case with PHC.
That's why ikwerre landlords rent out shacks and barely survive with their families off that miserly rents, all their kids(daughters) in universities are in one form of runs or the other, they all drive cheap cars and the cycle continues.
Can you point me just one proper affluent neigbourhood in PH?
I live on the "supposed" affluent part of town and trust me it's nothing to write home about.
My dear we see things from different perspective, probably because we have different exposures and it's getting clearer to me who amongst us is lacking in exposure. cheesy
Don't forget to name that affluent part of PH to me cheesy

I have/know/met many...so many! Who are financially free and doing well on their own and maybe family support.

Not all are beggars and waiting for giveaway husbands.
When you talk about my circle or try to describe it which often times you'd get it wrong, you've clearly solicited for my reality cos I'd have to correct where you went wrong.
Many indeed, haha!Tell that to the birds.
There is so little of U25 women doing well in Lagos and Abuja, let alone impoverished PH.
So my dear friend, where did you meet these women and what do they do?
Apparently "well-to-do"ness is relative so we might have different definitions to it grin grin grin

Very typical Logobenz response.
Keep fanning your already bruised online ego cheesy.
There are accessible young marriageable Women in Nigeria.

This isn't a dick measuring argument.

I'm out!
Should I have thwart my reality just so that it can sit well with you?
Do you have self esteem problems, mina? undecided
Can you atleast point to me just one young(25 or less) gainfully employed woman that you know personally? This way we can comfortably boast on how plentiful women in these category are in Nigeria grin
I didn't say women like this don't exist in Nigeria but the sheer scarcity of it makes it look like a myth. The ones we keep seeing are the ones that are waiting patiently for you to come and marry them out of misery na,who would probably come to your house with just boxes of clothes in her name, that's all and you feed and cater for them all through your life like infants.
This is the Nigerian woman reality I'm sorry to say, forget the bickering you lots do online. grin grin
You say I should change my circle or upgrade them, but when I try to describe my circle or my reach, you pick offence and say I'm bragging grin grin

Because they are almost nonexistent in Nigeria,a very minute percentile. So you see, what are the odds of meeting a single one in Nigeria?
It's so scarce so much that it makes it look like a myth. grin
I wouldn't blame them though,Nigeria is a very poor country with so little middle class.

South Africa where they are only saints and Angels ?
There are good, bad and evil people in every part /countries.
The fact you've met some good SA babes doesn't make them all perfect and better than their Nigeria counterparts.

There are well cultured , beautiful, sexy and career women in Nigeria too...that you've been meeting the shafts and leeches and why ,is upto you to figure out.

Y'all castigating Nigeria women online and crying Rivers in the Dms. undecided undecided.
I don't have time too for gross masculine foolishness .

Bye!
The bolded is true, but how old are the ones in this category? We all know by the time these women in Nigeria get comfortable, they are already close to the dreaded wall and is barely few years away to hitting their calamity phase(degradation,etc...).
Before them finish with ASUU strike, dwindling funding for education induced delays, almost nonexistent job market,etc.....they are already metusellah's agemates cheesy
So what comfortable man will want that?
Who told you I've been meeting only shaft and leeches?Do you know my circle? undecided
I've met Nigerian women from almost all social strata(elite, upper and lower middle class, dregs) so I could pass for an authority figure on these matters so keep your useless sermon for someone inexperienced enough. The elites are better and more refined though, but grossly inaccessible.
But you see the widely accessible lower middle class ehn,e go tey ooo... grin cheesy grin
Crying in whose DMs?Anyways definitely not y'all so no ,I can't be bothered.
Goodluck with finding worthy men to you all,for this to happen to you people, then a lot has to change honestly.
Again,go and do your research on South African women and come back with a better argument as to why you think y'all are better.

Type rating?
You are a pilot,aren't you?
I know how it feels not to be stable and somehow want to build a solid relationship. Its very hard.
But then go Southy, you'd find very pretty girls there who are less materialistic than their Nigerian counterparts, more romantic, sex explicit and would do anything to be with a Nigerian man.
Ps;
They are way prettier and heater than their Nigerian counterparts so I don't think you'd regret it.

Car Talk / Re: What's The Best Durable Car To Buy by TransAtlanticEx(m): 12:17am On Jan 03, 2021
francawilson:
Hi Everyone,

Please i need recommendations for a solid car. I am currently driving a 2018 Mitsubishi outlander which I've had for 2 years now. A friend of mine who's into auto dealership shipped it for me from the US. Said it had good fuel economy, double back sitter, blah, blah blah. The car is okay but doesn't have the features I want so I want to give the car to my mum & get a new car.

I like keyless cars or cars u can start with a remote; cars u can operate the boot with a key or button (my Mitshibushi doesn't have that). I like cars that lock automatically on matching the brake (my Mitshibushi doesn't have that feature too). Leather seat trips me (my Mitshibushi doesn't have leather seat). I love Cars with good sound system & GPS; back 360 degree camera; blindspot & close range sensor. I hate going to the Mechanic so I won't like to own a car that always have electrical, mechanical or leg problems. Since I got this Mitsubishi, I've only changed oil & 2 front tyres so far.

PS: B4 u start questioning my source of income;I must tell u that some of us women are doing well for ourselves & are real legit hustlers, joined with favor from God our creator. I have a govt job, do contracts & also own a successful business. I started a real estate company sometime in 2018 (don't ask me how) but this is our best year so far amiss COVID. I'd like a more presentable & durable car cos I drive around alot with prospective clients & families.

Pls don't refer me to range rover, Bently, Ferrari or G-wagon. I'm not a celebrity. I labour so hard for my money but also like good things.

Warning: Please no useless comments. If u have nothing to contribute, read & pass. This question is not for kids on NL.
Probably one of Pocohantas protege(sending women to cartalk for man hunt grin) that is here to try her luck too, albeit wrongly and arrogantly.
Firstly,no one will ask for your source of income as that Mitsubishi you drive isn't really that spectacular ,kind of a regular car for mid income people(And cartalk is littered with mid income people).
You rate the men and women here so lowly to want to question your supposed "Source of wealth" over a Mitsubishi Outlander? undecided
And also ,we both know(you and I) that you've got no money for no damn car you want(the type you described),else you'd be in a Merc dealership by now asking the right questions to a fine salesman in a 3 piece suit sipping champagne while you write a cheque, after test driving of course(that's what people who want luxury in a car and can afford it do).
Let me guess,
You are single(else lots of these questions would have been directed to whoever you are with,
Advanced(late 30s)
Desperately looking for attention, that's why all the talk of how well you are doing came up when no one asked,
And is on an aggressive marketing spree on which guy(struggling guy of course) you can hook by any means to dump the remnants of a diminishing youth unto,
Abi?
If I'm wrong,I'd apologise,I promise.
And no,I am not interested in you or whatever a single woman in her late 30s that drive a Mitaubishi and thinks it's a big deal has to offer, its already a turn off, couple with the whole age thing.

Well,it will come in the form of what a lot of people don't know.
Most times about where you can get something that's very scarce or rare and dump it in an already existing market for it,then you rinse and repeat,
Or it could come in the form of a person in your life,
But the tough question is would you be bold enough to go through all the hurdles to get it? undecided

Stop selling on credit and diversify into other business terrains(wanna stop flying around so bad abeg)
Buy a second car( obviously BMW) ,
And probably marry or impregnate someone and raise my child.
Clear all my old debts(really diminishing though but it still a number,it has to be zero and I mean it!) and rebuild my relationships with my old friends and family.
Buy logistic Vans to help with distribution too at my business(long overdue).
Finish my abandoned project in a faraway country.
I really wanted to keep unity but she bleeped up ,so I'd be going to look for T instead.F's case is a sad one and a closed road so it's a no no.
Rebuild my line of Credit with UBA too .
I already called Ore today,so I'm sure the E deal is gonna start again soon.If it comes,it will really help my plans of situating my business in one place and end this travelling bs once and for all,I'm getting old and tired.
I've learnt to be good to people too and have started helping too,so I guess its not a new year thing.
Moreover I am not a year person, time means nothing to me.
And Bleep Jennifer, I deleted her number today for good. smiley
