HeavenlyBang:When I bought that C230k,I'm sure you were still a fresher in school and it was in the rave of its moment and really rare then. What I have now, though its just a Corolla, can still purchase a lot of the relics you guys drive here in the name of mercedes. May the good lord bless our pockets abundantly to upgrade our tastes in life, amen. 3 Likes |

There is no way Armand de brignac that cost less than 100k on a regular would sell for 6m naira, not even in Hilton or Polo club or Intercontinental. Also I am not a megalomaniac,I have drinks at home that I drink, hardly will I go to a club or so to buy drinks for 2 times the price just to show off. Not my thing. And no,I don't drive a lexus or benz no more,I own a modest corolla. 1 Like |

northvietnam:See that you are more daft na? Did manufacturers tell you they haven't been accessing cheap forex from CBN? Who do you think are the ones trading at the NAFEX window?ghosts?brother ode. The people that are affected by this forex scarcity are importers of finished goods for retail purposes, reasons why inflation in the streets is getting crazy but factory prices remains almost the same. People whose imports are insignificant or the ones who are under fx ban due to the type of commodity they import(no form M for them) are the ones patronising aboki in the streets for their fx needs hence exposed to exchange rate volatility, not manufacturers who import raw materials. Also about cars,do you think if Nigeria's imports was just cars,we would experience fx scarcity?Don't you know if we stop importing the things that take our fx the most(petrol,food,grains...),fx would fall on it's own so much so that cars will become cheap on it's own without depleting our reserves to achieve it or turn our country into a dumping ground by making cheap fx readily available? You talk about customs checkmating dumping?Nigga are you dumb? Why haven't they checkmate the smuggling of rice since? If they cant do that, then is it dumping they can checkmate? Oga you too dull, too much dull abeg. 4 Likes 1 Share |

northvietnam:You are very daft,if dollars becomes that cheap,it will encourage dumping which in turn will cause lots industries and services oriented businesses to close shop and you would be jobless. So where would you see the money to buy the so called cheap car when you are jobless? Dull people everywhere,I really hate and would annihilate stupid people if given the power. 4 Likes 1 Share |

IkpuMmadu:Oga,your business Is just too little to have disposable income, that's why you think disposable income as a business don't exist. Why then do proper businesses(not shanties in onitsha) buy luxury cars for their execs since disposable income don't exist?they could have bought corolla for them na and keep the change in their emergency fund, don't you think? Maybe they are stupid and you in a pigsty is just smarter than people that built multimillion dollar corporations, right? Do you know what optimally means? It contains both cash at bank for the business, inventory ,assets and liabilities. So why would you talk about expansion again when you've already been told the business is running optimally at 100m? Why do you think dangote invested in refinery instead rather than keep pumping money on cement? No matter what you inject, when a business has hit satiety, any other capital pumped into it is futile as income won't change,so it's useless. You are wasting that money instead. Oga you are driving old cars because you are just poor, stop wasting my afternoon giving me useless excuses in the name of priorities. You think the people that bought the new S class don't have country homes or aren't looking into their retirement? So they used all their funds to buy the car abi? Nna na wa ooo 1 Like |

IkpuMmadu:I am the last person you might want to explain physics to,I did applied physics and Engineering in school. What you said was,if 2 cars(merc and 2021 lexus) have 220kph on their speedo, you didn't insert the right parameters to make them appear side by side for your point to fly. 2 cars can be doing 220kph but one is ahead of the other, that is why I brought up acceleration because if say both cars are limited to 220kph ,its very clear that the lambo would attain 220kph first and stay there and in essence will be ahead of the Kia that will take longer time to get to 220kph. And my man, disposable income is not a myth. If your business can be run optimally with 100m and you've got 120m,it means 20m is disposable, know that. Because if you do that business with 120m,it won't suddenly increase earning because you put more capital,as a matter of fact you are actually wasting the time value of that 20m. It is called satiety in economics. Learn bro,learn... And yes, cars could be an investment too,to get you into places you never would have gotten into and attract you better women. A female COO in a good company with repute won't go on a date with you in your 2002 C class, all this Onitsha theories sef. Big babes indeed. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

IkpuMmadu:There are levels to salary earners and no,onitsha Traders are not entrepreneurs. They are "hustlers" peddling stuff in the streets that real entrepreneurs produced. Do you know what business and value is? Can a person build a career in the shop of an Onitsha trader? And salary earners really don't need your respect, they are the ones buying houses all over lekki and taking their families abroad for vacation while your so called Onitsha peddlers you respect are sweating it out to sell their products with heavy objectives in the streets, living in apartments that could pass for a penitentiary and eating rice weh the mamaput don spit untop tire. Bros,I am also a businessman, a worldwide conglomerate runner at that so keep your Onitsha sermon.I can differentiate very well between good life and poverty so no need to explain. If they like, they can keep paying their N5,000 salaries to their malnourished sales girls, but so far as you buy an old "luxury" car ,bros it's because your purchasing power is low, like you couldn't afford a better one, finish. People that don't care about cars and are so focused only on their business expansion are not buying mercedes, they are the ones buying corolla up and down. Learn that. 5 Likes |

IkpuMmadu:I'm sure you know the Mark Zuckerberg you guys always make reference to owns a pagani sha,and we all know what it's worth. Also about the C320 and the lexus, yes the lexus will outrun the C320 with both having 220 as their speedo limit. What you measure in cars is acceleration, not top speed. Which will get yo a higher speed first, that's how you know which car can outrun the other. Also,I don't know about the so called "fake boys" because I'm not one, neither do I roll with them nor live in a selfcon so i wouldn't know. But my point is simple,if the so called rich man wasn't trying to make a statement, then why buy a luxury car in the first place? It just shows they want luxury and the lustre that comes with it but somehow cant afford proper luxury. And also,I don't see people in Onitsha as rich, neither do I think they are sane. It cost so little to develop all those their poorly finished tall houses you see littered obosi up until nkpor(we have a lot so I know) and the rental value of those too are very shitty,so I don't expect people that own those to have enough disposable income, reason why they all live like pigs. It's one thing to have cash flow(their usual trading businesses),and it's another thing entirely to have disposable income,I hope you know the difference. One single 4 storey building in GRA PH can be worth 10 of those shabby things in Onitsha and can produce 10 times their rental income,so who do you think will be able to buy better cars? 4 Likes 1 Share |

IkpuMmadu: It's all about disposable income my man,its got nothing to do with the age of a person. When you've got good money, you tend to go for the good things of life. My chairman is in his late 40s,a family and homely man,has country homes,etc...both in Nigeria and the US. Yet somehow he still managed to squeeze a Range rover, landcruiser and an incoming G wagon(2020 ooo) to his fleet. So you see how obsolete your point about age is? Truth is,old luxury cars make you look poor, wannabe, wretched and stupid. If you are thinking about investments and all that, please buy a basic car and leave luxury alone, before you tell the world you are too poor to own luxury yet you want luxury. I am very investment savvy, run a good business and very careful with money yet I would never make the mistake of buying a luxury car older than 5yrs ever again! As I can't afford it now ehn,I will keep driving my corolla till I can,end of story. 2 Likes |

favor914:Those are poor countries and the west see no gain in them, reason why they might have ignored. For french african countries, they milk them so much that they see no wrong doing in their leadership and they literally run those countries. But Nigeria don't accept that and they have so much money they wanna milk but we don't accept,so they have subtle beef for us already. Don't be surprised that they'll want to make a mountain out of a molehill in this case because its Nigeria with so much oil. But it still won't work,I trust this team on legal matters. The bonechested beech is being sponsored by PDP to destabilize this nation. Else how did a indian hemp smoking, malnourished chimp escape to Canada so fast and without notice? Nigerians hardly 3ver ask the right questions and are easily deceived, its sad really. |

Life is very simple, live and let live. I don't know why lazyyouth keep attacking ahib? He simply make references from his line of work or business which I see nothing in.Unless there is something else I dont know else I see no need for the attacks. We all make references to our lines of work every once in a while, very natural. I see nothing wrong in China's write up to warrant these attacks. Whether his life is audio or not shouldn't worry an actively engaged person one bit. 19 Likes |
