Oga those trucks was used to fight fire disaster effectively during Obi's time. I was a witness when my sch hostel cut fire in onitsha. What happened in Onitsha recently is lack of maintenance culture of successive government which u can't blame on Obi who is no longer in government over 8yrs now. Stop comparing lagos which is the richest state in Nigeria wit a small state like anambra, they are not mate wen it comes to IGR and finance.
