Given that your entire family (parents and siblings) are resident of an European Country, you're better off showing that you've immovable assets in your name with valuation report, as well as briefly discuss about your plans of getting married to your fiancee immediately after the completion of your studies. Attach relevant documents like engagement photos etc. Your future career prospects and goals after studies would also be a strong point to bank upon as motivation to depart from Canada.

Sounds like a reasonable home tie to me. But as a general rule of thumb, don't lie!!

If IRCC asks (and they will) about your parents' and siblings' residence and citizenship, just say the truth. It's for their records and your application won't be denied for that.
