A young man , Yari Inusa , has died while competing with another suitor for a lady ’ s hand in marriage .
The incident happened at Durmin Biri village , in the Kafur Local Government Area of Katsina State.
Police sources said the man died following injuries he sustained on the head when he engaged in a Fulani traditional game of Sharo
with another man , Ahmed Saidu , to determine who would marry the lady .
Sharo game entails two male suitors flogging each other for a woman ’ s hand in marriage . Whoever wins between them will marry the girl .
Inusa had reportedly flogged Saidu without any incident, but tragedy struck when it was the turn of Saidu to flog Inusa .
Saidu allegedly hit Inusa on the head, instead of hitting him on the back as the rules of the game dictates .
Inusa was said to have fainted after he was hit on the head ; and eventual died .
The Katsina State Police Command spokesman , DSP Gambo Isah , confirmed the incident.
He said , “Inusa ’ s father , Mallam, reported the incident to the police , leading to the arrest of Saidu . ”
He said Inusa ’ s corpse had been released to the family and buried according to Islamic rites .

A lot of Land sale adverts and posts have swept off the internet by self acclaimed Estate agents and companies with juicy offers and cheap prices. In the circumstance, prospective buyers are in a bid to procure the land unverified. May i relate with you that once you make your payments, the estate companies with default land documents then move to the next available victims, leaving you to engage in unwarranted expensive court litigation.
Before you engage in a landed transaction, make sure you secure the attention and legal advice of a real estate solicitor to help in negotiation, search, verification, and probably proper execution of your final documents. Dont be appeased by a mere receipt as its inadmissible in court as a proof of title to land. Though the lawyer will charge his professional fees, but its quite unquantifiable to the subsequent loss you will incur on the entire land, when you have realised the land is fake.

Actually, there's something I'll like to ask.
A company, during registration at CAC made a mistake in the spelling of one of the director's names. It happened many years ago but the issue just came to light recently, now they need to correct it, can you tell me the process involved?

We've paid 100 naira and have gotten a blank form CO7 and I'm hearing we need to involve the services of a lawyer. Can you please tell me how we can get the issue resolved and possibly get the correction on the certified true copy?

We are all misconceiving RCCG. The said ban was extended to those who mount pressures on members to acquire aso abi only for Church functions, and not social occasions.
