Yes it is a school guided by rules and regulations. Does the regulations state that public shaming is the punishment for not dressing as prescribed in the school dress code?

Secondly, she looks like a teen this is a critical period in her developmental phase, I believe the school should have had a private talk with the mom and daughter, and let them understand that such is not acceptable.

While in the principle office she should be made to take it off and serve her punishment quietly.

Publicly humiliating her does nothing but exposes the school to law suits.

What should be advocated should be to allow voters vote from the comfort of their homes through a very secure means. Anything that do away with polling booths and units should be encouraged.

Voters intimidating will be greatly reduced on election day as voters wouldn't need to turn up to a particular location where thugs will come with guns so as not to allow them vote especially in stronghold of the other contender.

I pity kogi people. I know of more than 2 families from Kogi always lamenting over unpaid salaries. I was made to understan5d that Bello is going to be unequivocally, summarily and brutally booted out like Saraki was. The South-East lost many or almost everything during the civil war: these include: education, businesses, career, wealth, people, peace and so on; but with perseverance, diligence, hardwork, dedication and so on, it is now one of the prosperous regions who have met up with the education, businesses, wealth, career and people in Nigeria. It is also doing well in other aspects of life. It is also an oviously rich region.
