Nightshift: @ Odenigbo, Nwa Umuoji you should know that they are a lot of deep pocket people in Enugu. One thing about the city is also that it's rich residents do not go about boasting about how rich they are, thereby attracting bad boys.

If not for some cases of student's cult-related crimes, Coal City still remains the most cultured city in Igboland. The three major markets in Enugu aren't populated by goats either!
On the issue of roads, all the local government areas in the state have good access roads. A great number of villages have mansions or bungalows like in other parts of Igboland as well.

The fact is that, those who did not expect anything good from the state are shocked by the progress it has made since its creation in 1991. We are not claiming to be the best now, but we are aiming to be the best in the future - this is the dream of the state's current administrators!

I heard one of the officials saying that they want all business owners to come to the ministry to register for their advertising posts, but refusing to disclose the amount to be paid. Do any one here knows exactly what is happening or at least tell us the payments fee and how to go about it without been exploited by this officials.
