I really need a business plan right now. I own a computer school in benin that is struggling in a hidden place deep down the streets. A man in my area has been noticing the uniqueness in d services we render and has approached me for a business talk. He said he ll pay for a store in a busy place in the centre of the city and possibly buy more computers and other things the sch needs to start. He wants me to be running d business while he ll b investing his cash into it. I need a business plan that ll clearly states d profit sharing formulea and exit strategy in case the partnership turns out sour. Can anyone one help me here?

Fellow Nairalanders, my daddy is a civil servant and closes at 4pm each day while my mummy is a trader and she closes at 6pm. Each time my daddy comes back from work before her, he ll just dive into d kitchen and open d pot of soup or whatever meal that was prepared for d day and give himself a great treat. On most occasions forgetting to properly cover the pot.
