tivity101:I am sorry I made an ignorant comment earlier. I was just informed that the Tinubu government is yet to appoint ambassadors almost 2 years in office so the governor is doing his work of P.A. to his mentor. He did a good job covering for his boss. May our loyalty not be tested ![]() |

Oblongata:I understand the excesses of this generation but bro trust me, it had heen happening for long or why did we have the story of the prodigal son It's social media that is letting us see bad behaviour in 3D but this has nothing to do with a generation. It's not today papa have had sons that were misbehaving and it's during burial, that bad child will cry the most. I think this is an experience of life. We can react angrily and this is human emotion, it has nothing to do with Indomie. When we keep blaming Gen Z or Indomie generation, are we looking in the car mirror? Objects in mirror are closer than they appearWho gave birth to them? Who raised them? That is the failure no one wants to address, they forget that children did not just come from nowhere to learn behaviour, it is their environment that retrained them, so their failure is a reflection of those who raised them. The fact that OP realizes that he made a mistake is a sign of maturity but I will not pretend online that all adults were saint to their parents, even in the land of omoluabi or any conservative society. We learn differently and let's be honest, old people have their excesses. It is how we respond to them that shows the maturity and experience in life. Old habits die hard and some old people can be unforgiving over petty issues. They have become kids again. |
It's old age. Learn how to manage him the way they managed your tantrums when you were a child but you cannot remember any of it. Next time, put him in the back seat at the owner's corner. Put an item on the front seat. Give him a newspaper, occupy his mind with something else. Manage your dad, he is your best mentor and when he dies, you will learn not to make the same mistakes for the next generation. |
AI writes in a very uninteresting way. Very bland. Redundant words. No humanity. Language is not engaging. Just words joined together. Your work will stand out if you use AI to write because we will see it's machine written. AI will never replace human writing. And it will not make writing better. Let the excitement wear out and you'll see people yearn for HUMAN CREATIVITY. |

I read this post 2x to make sense. It made zero sense. I then remembered what they call NONSENSE. Our politicians waste money and lack tact. I remember back then when the PDP G5 governors went to meet abroad. They will tell you that what they can't discuss in Nigeria, na abroad dem fit discuss am. FOOOOOOOOOOOOO |
Your employer is recording your audio and video conversations in the office Are you sure this is a 1 man business or busybody or you are making this up? |

Las las, na dis same Nigeria Abacha think say e go rule till 2010. Even Yar Adua, I no sure say survive pass that year. Lesson: this life no be anybody mate. We are mere mortals. Arrogance kills faster than humility. Man's plans is not always God's plans. The article's instruction makes sense but your ending line no make sense. You are trying to describe Tinubu has a Machiavellian but he is not the first person to try this. Let me remind you that ALL GOVERNORS, all of them must learn how to govern before blaming Abuja. It has been a known fact for long that whether it's OBJ, GEJ, UMYA, GMB, leadership starts from local governments first. But see Nigeria's problem, State Governors no allow LGAs work, FG no allow States work. All for power and control. People suffer. The same Tinubu blame OBJ back then, today Rivers allocation don stop. All for money and politics. |
idahme:Do you know the meaning of the quoted person's moniker ![]() Find out to save yourself. I laughed at your first line when I read it and saw the name |
Classless. Our elites are Classless Tasteless Lawless Reckless Visionless They have a deep seated insecurity that people think they should look up to. A man will spend money to educate his child abroad but he has been given the honor of serving the public. You think that person is normal? Thank you Dele Momodu for saying it as it is, those who have don't make noise. It's insecure people who like to recruit noisemakers to make their case. Reminds me of one governor like that who used to behave like Comedians with a DJ supplying him tracks. The man didn't know the place of mass communication, entertainment and official conduct. Of course, the people clapped for him because he was in power. Classless |
Can you imagine what will happen if the over 400 universities we have in Nigeria open a post to tell you their HOD appointments ![]() |
You need to get out of your head. FFK was at the Nigeria Info debate on the Middle East crisis. How's that hiding? If you don't know, don't make stuff up and run away with it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZektuA4AD3Y He has a blog, he is on social media. Were you too lazy to do some search? You are lazy if you could not do a simple search with your smartphone. Or is the phone smarter?

Bro don't let people scare you with marriage. Those who are building it, do you see them disparaging it That is life for you. Misery loves company amd those with the bad experiences make the most noise. It is like how bad news sells faster. If your business never did well, you too will blame the economy, blame Mr B and your village people. Such is life.Don't listen to all the noise in the marriage. Those experiences are part of life and this is how you learn. Marriage will teach YOU how to build a family, build a home, manage your in-laws and your mother, raise kids and leave a legacy. Men who build start with the building blocks of their houses first. Don't let the failures stop you. Rich man wey do business no de stop because him business fail many times or because dem dupe am. Listen to advice from those who want you to grow and be better. Marriage is what protects the structure of society.. You see some comments you read, it is one way you will know those who came from a dysfunctional family system. I am not judging anyone because not all marriages are perfect but a lot of adults you are seeing are adults in baby bodies who have yet to address their trauma. Their trauma is causing them pain and they don't want to look into the mirror. That's why the only advice I will give you before marriage is that you and her must know yourself first. Deal with the unexplained pain that happened in your childhood. Deal with the problems your mom and dad had and you think it is still yours to carry. Deal with the misconceptions you have been carrying, thinking it is normal for a man to do x or a woman to do z. Experiences make us more mature. Have a good experienced man to guide you. Don't take advice from us on the internet, these people don't care so much about your life. Have a mentor who is a man to help you navigate these issues. Real men choose the house they want to build. And real men choose good women to make it a home. You see this thing you are going through? This is how men learn how to handle women. You will know how to handle your mom, sister, wife, her sister. You will become a political animal because women have their own games which you must learn. Men learn these things through experience. It is what makes them sharper and more decisive. It is a ritual you must pass through but if you don't experience it, you will never know how to handle women. When they say 'na man you be', there is something deeper to it.

Something about you bloggers is that when you see a story, you want to talk about it forever because of traffic and engagement. You don't even care if the person dies or loses something important. It's that thing you call content but is little content from you that you do. This is an old story. Mods please close the thread.

purples25:Unfortunately, as much as I understand what you are trying to say, I disagree with you. These ones are classless and tasteless. You know what they call ojuorolari? person never see wealth before? That's what you call these wannabes. Elites have their excesses but where class comes in is they know the place and time for certain bad behaviours they participate in. That is class, even if at all, at all, na still bad class but they have a sense of carriage and poise which unless you learn it or are among them, you will keep pretending to be someone with class. dis one na crass |
FORWARDEVERLY:Happy Mothers Day ![]() You posted some theories which any man knows is not entirely realistic. I do this and do that. Oga, na man wey don born pikin fit talk for this matter. I also read one saying that he is in charge of what goes into his wife's mouth. As if he wakes up in the middle of the night when that infant starts to cry. I don't need you to endorse my opinion. It is a public opinion and I post to add to public commentary. I am a realist. Men and women have different biological and social makeups that come in when reality sets in. Men detach from and women attach to the new creature. Pregnancy is what brings out the maternal side of women and paternal side of men. Society and religion has also influenced the way people react to things that they don't know they are reacting to those influences unconsciously. Ask most men when their kids were born or what is their baby's weight today and surprise me. How many men sabi change diaper? How many men know the next immunization date? How many men know their children's blood type? Hiss. Even where pikin land for hospital, some men don't know. I am a man, I am this. This is why I said it is a big culture shock when some African men go abroad because the African society protected them from knowing these things that they didn't even need to know them if they wanted to. No be this same Nigeria men de alive and they leave women as single mothers? That one na man? Me I no be pikin dem born today wey you wan bamboozle with ideas, all those na theory. It takes a sensible man to select a good woman to build his home with. It takes a responsible man to also shape his household. Such men are rare and come from training, mentorship and proper guidance. PS. You don't need to respond to this post. Read my first paragraph, it's public discourse.

EmperorCaesar:The feminization of society has led us to this disaster. I was about to type, 'women need to be tamed' until I saw the last picture of the guy. It made me wonder, what MAN will allow his pride be priced by the public? Is this how masculinity has been polluted? Men need to take back firm control of the society to avoid collapse. If you allow women go on, they will do things with emotions and forget the long term consequences. |
FORWARDEVERLY:Theory is easier than reality. While your last paragraph makes sense, you have to remember that men too have not been properly raised. How many of them know how to take care of their infants? How many of them care about post partum depression? How many of them even know what is going on with their child? Women take charge and they tell him not to worry about his own child Men are competing with their kids for breast, how many of them are enlightened enough to think that the breast is the child's own at this time? haven't they been brainwashed that it will sag? The woman also wants firm breast and will look for formula to feed this child. It's a crazy world out there Men are mostly irritated around this time and will be looking for fresh breast to chase. Men have been spoilt by their mothers to not know how to take care of their wives. Women do everything. This is why African men face serious issues abroad where there is no help. Men want sex, they don't like the new competition even if it's their child and the changes of the woman really affects them at this time. This is another place marriages break up because the changes are too much. If the man doesn't have a job, double wahala. How can a woman, who in their nature, want security be thinking about going back to work if the home is secured? She no go even lactate because her mind is desperate. I don't think this iron hand approach is the solution. Men should be educated the way we do in villages, from a young age, they are mentored by older men. A real man will not just knock up a girl without plans. Child raising is a serious thing and he needs to be prepared for it. Sex is not about enjoying alone, if it results in a child, how does he become a man ![]() |
People are using their babies for trophies. Deep seated insecurities of what will people say. She say e choke |
grandstar:People will go when they want to and where they want to, NATURALLY. People are not dumb. The society we have today is one of echo chamber and it is sad. MySpace was brought down because it couldn't control the young users there, how is Facebook different? Hi5 MySpace 2Go TikTok Threads Truth Social There are so many out there aside these popular ones. The only difference is that Twitter had more political commentary than the others. That is the influence these politicians are looking for to spread their propaganda. The democrats are yet to learn that people are tired of you telling them lies consistently using journalists and artistes. That model is dead. Taylor Swift couldn't affect the U.S. elections. Even sports stars can't anymore, so they should stop wasting their time trying to influence the public through mass movement. The funny thing is that they used this same social media for Obama and Clinton but when Trump won, they remember there are Russian trolls. Thank God for Cambridge Analytica, we would have thought they were not involved. The saddest part of all this is that traditional media is DEAD. They got COMPROMISED and they lost the trust of people, along with the politicians. |
OriginalZombiE:Don't mind them. They are hypocrites. When they sent Trump out of Twitter, they were the moral police. Now, they can't tolerate the platform because it is too toxic. Na their own toxicity worse pass. People who can't hear the other side.

You are desperate for attention and insecure. You only want to hear good things but when you are called to question, you say everyone is hating you. Meanwhile you do the same thing to others with half knowledge. That's what we call hypocrisy.

Anither563:I don't follow these young artistes but I watch interviews a lot. I saw an artiste called Tems and they asked her questions about home, Nigeria. I liked her maturity of responding to the yabs by the hosts. She too threw yabs at them but you could see a lady who was well grounded about how things work around the world. I think Davido is older than her but how can such a young lady know what to say without hiding the truth? That is where Davido's immaturity is introduced. I hope he learns https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZWjs6vtPvsw |
The day your phone enters the bowel or water pours on your gadget you no go ever try am because you go vex for your stupidity. |
Anither563:That picture is what I use to teach young people to not quickly rush to judgment. Always see things from different sides. Don't be quick to condemn and rush to conclusion. Your 9 can be another's 6. Those kind of people who used that picture to push their narrative have also done the same thing to Obi, Atiku and Tinubu just because they don't like a person and want to paint a narrative. Everyone who does this, on any side is deceitful and a liar.

Lithiumite:Hahahahahaha. When APC was in opposition, didn't they cry more than the bereaved ![]() APC was very effective in using newspaper reviews, political shows and whatever you have against the government. When they accused PDP of rigging, it didn't stop them from going to court and still talking about the fraud in the media. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DPUG_vLjn44?feature=shared |
