I have a CAT 3306 engine. will this work? |
well, the dealers have answered the detailed question, the angle i would like to take is the shipping aspect. a lot of EBay sellers are individual sellers, and dealerships that are trying to reduce inventory. I don't think they will be keen on shipping to nigeria and having to deal with the hassle of getting it to you. I would be safe and keep off. OR find someone here who can go and take a look at the car for you, know about the shipping business and ship it for you from here. |
boladez, boladez:i am guessing the honda "bullet" is the honda accord right? for the 2 fronts and 2 rear shock absorbers, (4 total) delivery to lagos will cost you 53k. if you are intersted, send me an email. at parts@triuneautosales.com thanks! |
If you do not find any spare parts dealer in nigeria, let me know what you are looking for and Triune Auto sales will order it for you. We sell parts for any make, model, and year vehicle as long as it is a vehicle made in the united states. Thanks! |

Move on? I'm sorry to get involved in this, but there is more than one question to be answered. I have just created a job posting advertisment for a car sales man in Nigeria that i was looking to fill and wanted to offer it to a fellow Niralander. I have enjoyed this site, and it has made me want to do more and more. Have you ever taken the time to look at the numbers of members to date? it is over 242k members on this site. Thank you. |
phammyus:I do not want to entertain this fight, but i have to ask if the car has a salvage title (red), a repair title (yellow) or a clean title (green) I only ask because if it was a safety collison, the title would have been degraded, which mean a red title would have been given out. After the car is fixed, it could be taken for re-inspection to get a repair title. BUT if it was a minor accident as stated, then the vehicle would be allowed to retain its green title. If the car has a green title, then I would not worry about a minor accident that has been fixed. Thanks! |
all 4 Trucks are still available! |
well, there are lots of opinions on ford vehicles and they are all historical conceptions that are fading quickly. not to say they are erradicated, but fading. I had a ford crown victoria and ran it past 250k miles, and it is still going. i got tired of it and sold it. at the same time, i have had a toyota that after 2 weeks of driving it brand new, the check engine light came on, so its all about who built the car and was it inspected. Ford parts to me are easy to get. they are made here in the US and we get them here faster than foreign car parts sometimes. But one thing that i would say is this: the ford no longer produces the Ford winstar, they have gotten out of the mini-van sector and suppliers to the OEMs are only mandated to keep full stock of parts for so many years. i don't want to say exactly but i can find out how many years they are required to keep such parts. Major problems are not exclusive to ford vehicles only, but all depending on the year of the car. newer vehicles have modules and mini computers within it which a road side mechanic today might not have the experience to handle. it take diagnostics to find out what is wrong with the car if your check engine light comes on. I have seen people spend the equivalent of $5k to fix a $300 issue. |
Frankmike:i might be able to entertain that. please check your mail. thank you. |
i don't know one there but what is wrong with the car if i might ask. |

Alldruns:Alldruns, i will say only if they are accident cars. Another thing is check the VIN very well to make sure they are looking for that car in another country. There are excellent people here that will help you check the VINs. Most people using this site are very well informed. So, don't get stuck with bad inventory. 800k = aprox $6,700 that's not even enough to buy a good 2002 naija used. check some posts on here. Just my own 2 cents. |
SOLD!, to a non-nairalander ![]() |
nothin much bro. i see its about 9pm in your area. i was wondering what people where still doing up. i don sleep too much my eyes dey wide open like: |
promise72:@ promise72, i come dey bow! i have been getting such as well. I just keep it honest! that's all you can do. Personally, i have driven both types and the truth is leather is nice but then over time it doesn't look as great depending on the vehicle because some manufactures pay more than others for the quality of their leather. @ the factory fitted A/C, i would have to agree with Promise72 again. Vehicles from countries were they have both winter and summer weather will most likely have an A/C in older cars. Europe only really worry about heat, therefore when older vehicles come in from that area, they fit it. So if you have a "mile" major reading on your cluster then it could be factory fitter even if it is an old car. If it is from Europe i.e "Km" as the major reading on the cluster, depending on the age of the vehicle could be installed elsewhere. |
promise72:The Caravan and the Windstar were built for the "US" type roads, and are not ment to do off road activities which is what 90% of the nigerian roads are to date. Granted we are making improvements but until the roads are better, it might not be a good idea. But at the same token, I have one that I use and it has served me for 6 years and still counting. I bought it brand new and i have not had any major problems with it except for the regular wear you get after so much usage. I will not go as far as to advice someone not to buy one since this topic is kind of subjective. |
know someone that can do it for cheaper! |
yinkmos:1.1Mil is firm. i wish i can do this for a fellow nairalander but i can't. I can offer deals on explorers pass a nissan. |
This vehicle is still available! Thank you! |
onokha:Onokha, I would not advice this simply because the car will have to be sent through cotonou because of the year of the vehicle, i cannot send it directly to Nigeria. It is hard for me to promise the condition of the car when received will be the condition of the car when it was sent. Thanks! |
ofans, i cleared a 2003 Ford explorer eddie bauer edition 2 months ago for 350k. granted there were 3 cars in the container, and the explorer got 350k of the clearing cost so $$R is on the mark. good luck! |
, i would love to strike a deal, but i'm not sure how intersted you are really. This offer will not work for me. Thanks for considering us. If you do have something else you would like me to search for, please do let me know. you can also send me a note at sales@triuneautosales.com thank you. |
labamba:Well, depending on how much you want to spend and they type of cars you like. As for the 2005 with the same options, with low miles it would be about 2.2Mil with the shipping inclusive. if you don't care about the miles i.e 90-100k miles, it would be about 2.1Mil. send me a note on how much you are willing to spend, i might surprise you. I am very motivated to sell to a nairalander. The seller and buyers keeps each other honest, and you can not ask for more. Thanks! |
waoosa:haba waoosa, na you talk this? you know it is not possible , send me a note. let me know the situation, maybe I can do it, but it will have more miles on it.thanks! |
Labamba, a 2004 Nissan Xterra, with full options (and i mean full) delivered to you in Nigeria (lagos/port harcourt/abuja) will be 1.9Mil. With about 65k Miles on it.For the 2003 with the same options will be about 1.7 Mil. send me a note at sales@triuneautosales.com if you are interested. Thanks! |
