This number is false, I can beat my chest and say no bank in Nigeria has more female employees than male. Take any bank you want, download their financials, there's always a section for employee mix. Educate yourself and stop passing wrong information to the general public.

Take each day as it comes. Don't overthink things that you can't control. Work hard but work smart. Always save for the rainy days.

Sure everything has both sides to it. I personally don't see access to those countries as a plus, you are free to have a contrary opinion.
