What does this mean? The phone is forking out way more power to give u stable LTE connection compared to 55 dbm for example so 109 dbm this will drink battery like Yeltsin drinks vodka

If you can put the funny name aside, Xiaomi Redmi phones are built for Nigeria's peculiar needs.

While I would also recommend a Redmi device, there's no way that you would get that phone for 153k. I got a Redmi Note 12 Pro for 180k last month
