You have sense. People just jump into building houses like it's the first thing, then tell you that they are saving rent. Invest the money, use the gains to pay rent while trying to upscale your investment for your house later. Some got on Monday, and PI on the same day.

Yes, I got success mail after AC. They asked for some documents and then sent a follow up mail that it has been received. Since it's a daily business ie, you get mail and PI on same day. I would assume that it can come anytime.


Though the documentation process was around two weeks back.
