GistMedia0: A young Nigerian man was left distraught after his newly purchased luxury car, a GLK Benz, which he claimed he bought for 27 million naira, was severely damaged following a dramatic encounter with police officers in Benin, Nigeria. [/b]
nicho450: Let us give him the benefit of doubt. Better is the end of a matter than the beginning
Developed countries are throwing their best hands up for governance, we are pushing an illiterates into it and giving benefits of doubts. The world has left us behind... In case u are not aware
a lot of reasons 1. The building has aged badly 2. poor building materials and methods of construction 3. the most likely i can deduce from these pictures is that te foundation at that spot has eroded badly. check for any closeby septic tank or chamber or broken water supply pipes. Poor maintenance of chambers can allow water to leach into the foundation and and erode it. 4. If (3) above is not the case, pls pack out immediately. the building is too old and isnt capable of carrying the weight of the roof.
Ifu have plans, pls pursue them now. lf not, Maaters degree is good to while away the time. what did u study by the way? Its the most important factor here.
Ofadaman: I don't subscribe to this form of savings those, but I see it works for most people, mostly because it gives them some form of hope seeing the box and the excitement of finding something worthwhile after many months of saving. It's the unknown that makes people do it.
But truly, saving with kolo box is for unwise, undisciplined and uninformed folks, because they are at a loss and anytime I see people open boxes to display ,it makes me sick ,it's really not a thing to be happy about but something one should hide in shame to show;
Here's why; 1) They do not earn you any Interest on the money 2) They have no insurance 3) The box can be stolen, lost or affected by unfortunate events like flood or fire. 4) They risk breaking the box early. 5) They are unable to track how much they have kept at any point.
There's no gain in saving with kolo box.
Thanks but no thanks. It was a safer savings style compared to crowdyvest that has swindled me of millions. If it works for us why worry yourself?.
meedoLock: I've always wanted to try wooden bank's savings. I get thrilled the more whenever people shares their accumulations after breaking it. Though I don't blve Op could extract 345k from that box. Nnnnnnba! Fear God o
Why lie? It's not even 1/4 full. Did you read that I opened it because of the naira redesign? I was not supposed to open it till it was full.
This analysis seems ok until you get to the south/west. Obi will get only 25% in lagos of all south western states? this is where the poll has some K-legs. lets wait for the shocker!
Missktinz: Do you know that crowdyvest has been owing for over a year and going by the silly townhall they recently had, to get any money back will be a long thing. They're scammers!
Their problems started a year ago. Before then, they were a financial investment company with international reputation and backings. This didn't stop everything from going downhill. That's why I warning you guys. Regardless of how piggyvest looks, they are all not infallible by this pitfall. Get your money out!
All these are good until they become top-heavy, then they crash. Sadly u won't know when that time is. Careful o. Take your money out as soon as u can. My 2kobo.
I made a wooden piggy bank in January this year (2022) as a new resolution for the year to consciously save some N1000 and any crispy N500 denomination or 2years. It's about a size of 40x40x25cm. But the CBN Redesign of the naira made me break it this week to avoid being caught on the losing side. And this is what I found .... N345,000 It's not even up to a quarter full yet. I stopped saving for few months in Sept to Nov. This was largely due to some hard times and I lost my dad few months ago and had to do the burial. I'm still thinking of what to do with the money as I'm looking at it.

IrepChrist: My testimony is a proof that every sin starts from the mind. While I was serving some years ago, it's was a rural community In northern Nigeria. There was this corper colleague that must have had sexual escapades with some fellow male corpers.
That faithful weekend everyone in the lodge had either travelled home or gone to town for the weekend. I was left with this lady. Around midnight she knocked my door and said she couldn't sleep alone. Sincerely I believed her because it was a quiet compound and the grave of the man who owns the house was there and everywhere was dark.
She came in and we shared the bed together. No one would ever believe me that we never had sex not even a romance.
The truth is my mind was not there and not that I was perfect... Afterwards everything went back to normal.
1 Corinthians 6:8 Run from sexual sin! No other sin so clearly affects the body as this one does. For sexual immorality is a sin against your own body.
I couldn't run that night but God saved me.
you are a good man. keep it up. pls disregard all the kids above are saying
ChildOfDoom: Aside my intellectual ability, nothing else to benefit from me in matrimony. I just hope no one is deceived by my innocent looks or gentlemanliness. Lot's of skeletons in my cupboard.
you need to find christ genuinely. You will be amazed at the new man you would become
Packaging has metamorphosed into a scam. you see that tomato red filter Ladies use on snapchat? its the undoing of many. why lie about your appearance? you dont have to be slaying beautiful. you can be a bold, refined and dark beauty! i saw a staff of the mall last week and i was laughing. the pepper red picture on her I.D and her melanin dark complexion are poles apart! NO SINGLE SEMBLANCE! SMH
Bighead9: I use mine mostly for my long journeys. By month end, I'll leave Owerri to Benin then Abuja, Jos, kaduna, Kano and back to Owerri. I do this with my BM ones in two to three months. But 8 years ago, mechanics and friends warned me not to buy this Car. Most of them have spent more in fixing their Cars while others have changed their Cars severally within this period.
you still do all these road journeys in this period?
