igbo boy: you shoudlnt be putting efulefus such as naeto c, chidinma, ruggedman and samklef in your listDid you just win the best joker 2012 award, cos you sound funny .. how can a right thinking man/boy of your status ,refer Neato C, Ruggedman, Chidinma and Samklef as "efulefu". Each of these musicians , have sold over a million copies in each of their albums . Next time ,think before you comment..cos what you comment on NL, is just the way you reason and how your brain is. |
salam001: are you blind, didnt you see naeto c and ikechukwu in the list?,btw tonto dike is from SSThanks!!!…i dont know if he's suffering from eye defect |

I can give you a list of igbo musicians in USA and UK, that are grammy award nominees and winner. So dont think its only yoruba.. we igbo's have achieved so much in music than you yoruba's |

folahann: Abegi that song na rubbish. There's more to Miss Keri sending that tweet.your just jealous ,because its not a yoruba man that owns the song(ashawo).....your suprised that we igbo's are moving higher and doing fantastic in music. if say na wizkid or dbanj ,that own's "ashawo", you would be happy and start making mouth about yoruba artiste.. but its quite sad for you , that "ashawo" was written and sang by an igbo man.. and it hurts you so bad ,that a music icon like "Keri hilson" love's the song so much. you only have one option ,and which is; Go Hug The Next Available Transformer Near You. |
honeric01: You see why i am not Igbo nor Yoruba? they always think only Hausa,Igbo and Yoruba exist in Nigeria, BLOODY BIGOTS, these 3 tribes are the reason why Nigeria is this bad!Abeg go sleep..Is it our fault, that your from minority tribe...Igbo, yoruba and hausa own Nigeria. bankyblue: u re such a big f**l to ve said that. That is why u igbo people will never rule this country. Fish headpoint of correction ; please dont be foolish … An igbo man was the first governor general of nigeria , an igbo man was the first president of nigeria, an igbo man was the first head of state of nigeria , an igbo man was the first vice president of nigeria.…so what makes you think ,we igbo's cant rule this country again. we did it before, and we can still do it again.…former president Obasanjo and former head of state Gowan , are all igbos...if you doubt me, just ask around. |

acidtalk: There is something called ARAB MONEY.Bro's point of correction; calabar no get oil and also cross river state no get oil...the only part of cross river that has oil, but now its no longer part of cross river &Nigeria is "Bakassi" |
naturalwaves: Lolz. They are not the Promo tracks. They are just singles. It is just a mild strategy to stay relevant at all times. That's D'banj's strategy and it has been working for him all this while since 2004. Moreover, to say an albulm will be a flop based on two initial tracks is a fallacy! ![]() naturalwaves: Lolz. FreeGlobe: 8 Yoruba GM's in one agency alone all appointed by Borishade – The man under whose tenure planes were falling from the sky like manna.yoruba too dey ginger like say dem fit kill person..but we know them wella, dem just like to make noise. if you remove yoruba from Nigeria, this country won't be interesting, it's going to be bored...the yorubas are so funny. I love yoruba I love Igbo I love hausa, but i hate their religion. I love Nigeria, but i hate its leaders. I love Africa ,but i hate their greed. Am Igbo and i support the minister, cos no one owns Nigeria and NO TRIBE IS SUPERIOR. |
naturalwaves: Lolz. Yeah, U're right but U know it is not everytime one gets it cos that's our human nature. One get it right at times and wrong at other times. The most important thing is for the positive to outway the negative. Even when Dbanj released his ENTERTAINER albulm, he said he just hope people will like it that as an Artiste, one cannot even tell what song will / should be a hit.I tell you, when you see some hit songs, you will be so amazed and ask how did this hit? At other times, you will see some other songs with wonderful, serious lyrics, composition etc and wonder why such didn't hit. In all, D'banj has performed above par at least to a 70% level. naturalwaves: Lolz. Yeah, U're right but U know it is not everytime one gets it cos that's our human nature. charloski: Album of the year -please, clearance peter's is not a music video director...Its just like you saying that AMACO Movies ltd directed a movie . please clearance peter's is just a music video company, just like how Amaco movies ltd or Danco movies international make the movies , but heir professional directors to direct their film. That's my own opinion , am entitled to one... But if am wrong in my comment about clearance , you can still lecture me, cos no one is above education....cheers men!!! |
charloski: Album of the year -Go ask Akon and Universal Music Group SA, why they had to sign Psquare...Since you claim there "Invasion" album wasn't good |
naturalwaves: Dbanj's latest effort alone was OYATO and it wasn't that bad. One thing you should realise is that it was never done to get you grooving or dancing. The song (OYATO) was just released to pass on a message that he (Dbanj) is different, still relevant and will continue doing what he knows how to do best. Trust D'banj, his albulm should come out soon. Moreover,he has nothing to prove to anyone again having sang in about 38 songs from 2004-2012 with several monster hits, so, an UNLIKELY decline in his music career should be no big deal as no one can reign forever. People go, people come. Musicians go, new ones come. The most important thing is to use one's time well. Is D'banj using his time well? If you ask me, I will say A BIG YES to that.yeah ,your right.…have you listened to "Go down" by dbanj, its like a party song. but the song na nonsense....i just pray his album make's it , cos the way am seeing things, i dont think it would sell up to a million copies. |
