Imo is good in tourism
Enugu got coal in surplus
Ebonyi got good fertile land for agriculture.
So all the states in the East can survive without federal allocation

The only healthy state in the South West is Lagos. Mainly because of the revenues from the port.
Now just imagine when Biafra is established and having it's own port. That means there will be a decline in revenues generated from lagos port.
