Justmesagi:This is another metrics of the same data. So anyone that want to have a killed joy should have it. |
Great2017:You should have brought me an evidence of another governor paying it before him. Asiwaju has said it countless time himself and no media house ever claimed he is lying. Even Peter Obi knows it was Tinubu that first paid WAEC fees in the whole Nigeria. |
Conrod:Lol wetin Yoruba person wan go find for a barren land where the citizens themselves dey run away from? |
Ibadanpikin:Bring the data, you will have more Yorubas than any other tribe. Can you present the data please? |
Go through the table no single state in Southwest on top 10 in 2021
We are talking about numbers, this one is talking percentage. Hope say you go school shar? What I told you is that Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo has the highest number of students that sat for WAEC in 2021 and they also have the highest number of students that had 5 credit and above including Engl. & Maths. Check your chart and learn. Lagos got 55,795 and Oyo got 55,057 and those are the two topmost states. Shinedu, if 100 people are getting into universities per year, what that meant is that Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo students will take the highest share if hypothetically all that pass WAEC will get enrollment into universities/Polytechnic. |
Great2017:Thank you for the question. The fuss is that he is the first governor to do that in the whole Nigeria. Free education is different from free WAEC & NECO, hope you know that? |
Conrod:South South minority tribe too represent Lagos and a Yoruba have represented the in the North before too. That one no be big deal. |
Otondo Southwest will top base on population especially Lagos Go through state percentage performance you will see South-east top the table for WASC performance
If you no blind, you will see that Ogun and Oyo are the next highest state after Lagos and they make up the top 3 states in the whole Nigeria. Lol that simply mean that more Yoruba are getting into universities and more Yoruba will be getting into the public sectors. Stop shamelessly hiding under Lagos number. Talk to your governors to see why Igbos keep deserting the South East like maybe it is a war torn region. |
bomb24:This IPOB terrorist is bitter. There is only on tribe synonymous with pigs, and everbody know that tribe. |
Great2017:Awo regime ended as far back as before 1967, and still yet till today we always credit free education to him and not the Western region government. So why can't we credit the free WAEC to Tinubu name? |
Ibadanpikin:You are a clown. So you mean there are high non-indigenes in Ogun and Oyo than we have in Kano and Rivers? Because Ogun and Oyo are the two states with the highest number of students having 5credit and above after Lagos. Repeat after me, I am a clown! |
Great2017:Tinubu Tinubu Tinubu. Repeat after me. It was Tinubu government that had that foresight as far back as 2000 when other states are still not alive to their responsibilities. |
kettykin:If you furnish info based on state of origin, then you are a quack statistician because you can NEVER be of help to any ministry of education in any state. Stop being a clown. You give the same level of education to all kids schooling in your state, so why use metrics of state of origin when state of residence is the best way? You sabi anything so? |
CSTRR:Haha see me see wahala o. Where is this energy when StatiSense released the intial metrics? So na Igbo people full Ogun and Oyo State too abi your eye no see say those states are part of the first 4 states with highest number of student that had 5 credit and above? Even North Central got more than the South East, are those Igbos too? They swear for you Ibo people ni coz this cannot be normal. What percentage lol. What the data is telling you is that more Yoruba people will be getting into Universities and Polytechnics than other region because they have mass number of student passing WAEC than other regions. |
pricklewane:Be like say you sabi them well. The guy is trying to just deflect when he saw the figures of his Igbo people lol. |
kettykin:No where was it stated whether it is State of residence or State of origin. By the way why are you even bothered by that? It is better to have it by state of residence rather than state of origin because the governors will know the actual number of students in their school and plan accordingly. When Tinubu wanted to pay WAEC fees back then, he payed it using state of residence and for all other tribe living in Lagos. If he had payed it by state of origin, he would be senseless because that means he will be paying for Lagosian living and schooling in Kano |
kettykin:Real information about who? The first one released by Statisense is also by state of residence so what exactly are you taking about? Nowhere was it even mentioned in the NBS report that it is by state of residence nor state of origin. You can see the state statistics too, Lagos, Ogun, Rivers, and Oyo got the most number of students that pass with 5 credit and above. Shey they use rope to drag other people in their states to other states to school ni? |
fourboys:Yes 2021 result. That’s the same one Statisense released the initial statistics on. NBS has not yet released the 2022 statistics. |
Below is the percentage of children out of schools by geopolitical zones for 2021.
|
What I noticed from the data is that the Public schools have lower pass rate than private schools which is exactly what we have been saying about deteriorating education in the public sector. Also, in South East & South South region, they have a very high percentage pass rate (89% & 88%) in their public schools and this is somehow commendable coz that high percentage will be difficult to imagine. Even if it is special centers, at least they tried for pulling it off.

Below is the official chart release by NBS and it corresponds to the same bar charts above. https://nigerianstat.gov.ng/elibrary/read/1241213?fbclid=IwAR3Wi9f-o20ZMM0v5hgIE5AmLQPV6dc25vCRE88UFmYlwVawveWfNO-c-lE

The National Bureau of Statistics release the WAEC result statistics few days ago for 2021 data and that was where StatiSense also did the data analysis for the WAEC result Statistics they released few days ago. However, StatiSense do not give all the true picture of the statistics as intended. Bravetunde:One Ibo actor said nothing like SS the other time and they roasted him online. Check until 1999, the Delta/Edo part always vote in tune with the SW and even Edo until 2015 always vote in tune with the SW so stop fooling yourself. Yes we are coward. I’m sure your ancestors that’s been bitter of their 1million wasted soul will explain what action the coward Yorubas played in the Biafran war. Ojuku chestbeated more than you, I’m sure he will have lot to tell you if you meet him in his grave. As long as you are landlocked, we can use same formula again and again because nothing has changed since 1967. I’m sure Ojuku regretted to death on why he invaded Ore. That signed the death warrant of his kinsmen and your fathers can tell you more. |
Bravetunde:Benjamin Adekunle the scorpion says Hi I’m sure your ancestors he murdered would be crying in their grave now Anytime I see news of 1million IPOD terrorists l wasted during the Biafran war, I always feel pity for Ojuku in his grave. I’m sure your ancestors also beat their hairy chest like you are doing until death started raining heavily on them. We will blockade you again and just do a repeat of 1967. Don’t cry, nature made you landlocked and even the SS don’t want to have anything to do with you guys. If them born you well, Go Edo and other major SS states and tell them they are Biafla. Lamidi Kanu the fugitive did same thing and they use him eye see shege. |
