3. These lecturers should stop forcing handouts on students. It has made education very expensive. And even if they have to, it should be at affordable rate.

The word neutralize is a broad word. It also means to make ineffective. It is like foiling their intended attack at that moment. Bandits are hardly killed. Even when they are killed, the numbers are relatively few.

Even if you kill 20 bandits, it is a negligible figure because they are in several thousands.

They know their hideouts. They should be on the offensive and not on the defensive. Neutralize is a defensive term. They wait for the bandits to attack and then, they neutralize them.

You are the baby here. You don't understand the politics they are playing. They are not bold enough to say that they have killed them because they are not permitted to kill them. A soldier recently on camera confirmed it.

I see 70% of Nigeria youths voting for Peter Obi in the southern states, APC and PDP will share the remaining 30%.
