Sharia courts up north tries both Muslims and christians, in real secular state Sharia laws is only for Muslim "who subject themselves to it"

Sharia courts pass death penalty which is capital punishment without reverting to state that should be superior to it, in real secular society Sharia court can't pass capital punishment and every judgement can be challenged in state court

Sharia judges can rise to state judges and even head state judiciary, in real secular nations Sharia judges are not Incorporated to state judges

Nigeria is already a religious state in practice, Islam as religion have already compromised our secular state

If we must continue on this religious state, and want one Nigeria let both religious side be respected

I have travelled round the world, in developed society religion is truly separated from state, in such places can you call for Muslim muslim ticket

In the west for example Sharia law is like an in house judgement system for only Muslim community, they don't pass capital punishment, state laws supersede their laws, their judges don't join state judges

In such nation's Muslim Muslim government may not make difference, but in Nigeria Sharia law are state laws they supersede state laws

Christians are tried under them, they pass capital punishment, they supersede state laws, their judges can rise higher than state judges

Essentially Nigeria state law is already compromised to accommodate a particular religion so the issue of it doesn't matter is lies

We don't operate secular government, we are still operating religious government
