When checking out they will calculate the cost of whatever you are buying only. The total cost of purchase only. After buying then you will still pay cost of shipping before they send the items to you. Thats another payment on its own.
For products that have minimum order of 2 or 3 or 10 it means you must buy the number of items in the minimum order. If you are buying a shoe with minimum order of 2 then you must buy from 2 shoes and above. You cannot buy one. You can buy 2 or 3 or 4 and so on. Hope you understand

In the course of my observing the nature of males and females I have realised that women tend to bend to whatever men decide should happen.

Why are you troubling yourself from moving from one Ministry to another agency which is not easy unless you apply in an agency afresh. I suggest you stick to your ministry and look for a business to increase your source of income. Afterall as level 8 step 2 in a ministry after minimum wage is N65,000 take-home, while level 9 Step 2 is N72,000 take-home. If you do business that gives you just 30k returns you know what it means.

Well in the appointment letter the salary is less than what you wrote there, that's before tax and nhis deduction.

This is actually the easiest method of transfer. Since you under the parent ministry, try talk to someone (permanent secretary/director) in your ministry who in turn puts in a good word to the DG of the agency for you
