God1000: We shouldn't be talking about something like this in a sane and well structured society, but Nigeria is the opposite of that, hence the need to ask this germane question.
Though it sounds risible but we're faced with ugly reality right now, the 2023 elections will be characterized by cynicism and skepticism, there are already suspicions here and there, the political desperados will do anything humanly possible to undermine our democracy and the will/wishes of well meaning Nigerians, these knaves are also heating up the polity! we must unite together and stop them.
Their parochial interest and inordinate ambitions supersede national interest, all they are after is self aggrandisement and preservation.
Winning a presidential election in Nigeria is a tall order, it requires alliances and serious political maneuvering.
My concern now is that if South East is denied the opportunity to govern Africa's largest democracy in 2023, what will happen? can you stop complainin and start campaignin....?? you sound silly.... |

Reality3080: nobody is scared of an igbo presidency, people are just scared to give power to someone who hates everybody.
Ask yourself a question
There are 6 geopolitical zones in Nigeria, which one do u think is igbos friend?
Which one can u boast of of being your ally?
See when it comes to election it's typically bridge building which u igbos call asslicking
U build bridge with people, when tinubu n osinbajo were building bridges u called them slaves, asslickers n other derogatory names n u never cared to b anybody friend
Now it's time u need people n they aren't there cos u have used your sharp mouth to chase them away.
U called d northerners gworo chewing bastard U called yorubas sophisticated morons U describe south south as lazy fools.
Now u want people u insult everyday to vote u.
How will an igbo man campaign to a fulani man self? How will u campaign to a muslim, even when u treat Muslims with disdain in your region. A Muslim igbo died n u have to see useless comments by fellow igbos on Facebook just cos he's a Muslim.
See ehn u have a long way to go in redeeming your image if u want to rule.
Nobody will give power to a perceived enemy plain truth.... they are very bad in politics.... |

Flytime: some people just comment what they think people want to hear in exchange for likes and shares
Nigeria doesn’t even recognize Taiwan in the first place so as most African countries, infact I doubt any recognizes them and that’s because of our close ties with China borrowing from them
Imagine Nigeria recognizes Taiwan today,it would be suicide because we wouldn’t be able to run to them for money and they would start demanding for the repayment of what we browsed which I’m pretty sure we can’t afford to pay back, which would lead to them seizes one of our assets Most likely the railway industry though
Same with a lot of other countries in Africa and outside Africa
Chinese projects and lending of money makes them Favour China and even if they are against the Chinese ways, the investment would make them support China and that is one thing the west doesn’t realize Them isolating Africa and other poorer regions would only make China stronger because on the diplomatic sit we would support them whether we like it or not dont let ipobians make you think little of nigeria.... nigeria is not a push over nation.... but west are crazy people anyways....it realy doesnt make sense to allighn more with west when they predicted the breakup of nigeria....who does that....?? it makes more sense to start something with china than with west.... |

Esseite: A little opinion insight of Nigeria after 2023 without a SE president or VP.. I wish and pray I would have completed my migration. Nigeria cant survive another region wholly going rogue..
- The Ipob agenda might blow through the roof, making Nnamdi kanu extremely popular internationally as the spite on fence sitting Igbos whom are majority today would be rubbed on their faces..
- Killings and assassinations of public officers might erupt in the region with little or no empathy from the masses in same region..
- IGR in the region would almost zero out and mechanisms of FG extraction of funds might greatly collapse..
- The military might be greatly stretched with officers seeking not to be transfered there with dusk to dawn curfew in place that would attract massive public outcry as the day goes..
- Large protests, international audience and clamour would erupt massively, putting Nigeria on the limelight like never before..
- Commerce and foreign investments would drop massively as fear of the balkanization of the country would be at its highest..
- there would be a rush to fix the SE in other positions in the country, but it would make little or no effect as fear and panic would grip even the proposed candidates..
- Succession agitations might erupt in the South south and clamour for resource control from various regions would be rife all hiding under the block of inequality and justice..
- There would be a lot of avoidable deaths, poverty, strife, insecurity, banditry and kidnapping would be full blown and seen as norm..
- At a point, other regions would push for the consideration of rapid constitution amendment for restructuring as Biafra would be a very tough nut to crack.
All in all, the SE would suffer greatly, but would see it as a justifiable cause. abegi,go rogue already.... not only rogue,na akpu.... |
