Below are also runners who passed out after the marathon.
Abel202: Hmm our president is lamenting.. The one that is supposed to be strong for us and marshal out plans to salvage the economy and move us forward is asking why him. hmmm
This is a total embarrasment. The president shouldn't be opening his mouth outside this country if he doesnt know what to say. And the way he goes about hyping the West, USA and UK is nauseating. That is the height of inferiority complex.
When the president speaks to people in Nigeria, he is angry, when he speaks in the Western world he shows inferiority complex. That is too bad.
Why must president Buhari keep embarrassing us outside?
A leader assumes responsibility at every given situation. Anyone that goes about shifting blames or lamenting all the time has nothing to offer.
President Buhari - you contested for elections 12 years before you got it. We therefore assumed that you would be the most prepared president to assume office. Please don't tell me you didnt know what you were getting yourself into. I am so annoyed by this lamentations of a supposed president of a great nation like Nigeria.
Mr president please act like a leader. Face your responsibilities squarely and stop blaming everyone. You have blamed Jonathan enough, now is it God you want to blame for making you president at this point in time? Chai Naija - what have we gotten oursleves into?
bros, soon you yourself will see that the all black-race is infected with inferiority complex...even our highest leaders, kings and queens...
what do you think colonization was all about??..the whites know what they are doing..their is nothing new under the sun......
you will even find blacks today that wish to be colonized again...

So whites don't sleep at events? This is shamefully. Hopefully one day Seun wil wake up and realise how influential he has become and finally be sensitive.
This thread is a disgrace.

you can not threaten gods portion and get away with it.....
the white-race will pay for the atrocities they commited in the world....man may forget, but god,,never forgets!!!....
prettyboi1: The problem with you all is you are mental slaves to the west and always want to be like the west. What you don't realize is there are cultural differences all around the world and these cultural differences also influence how and why nations are ruled differently from each other. Posting the names of leaders of African countries and how long they ruled/rule won't change a thing. I bet you, if US presidents were governing for 50 years, people like you would say that's the best and we should copy it. Ordinarily, countries should have been left to run in whatever way works for them as long as there's justice and fairness, but the west keeps trying to pokenose and have everybody follow their own style of governance... It can't work because cultures vart. Go to the east of the world, many countries there are either monarchies or authoritarian governments till today and they're prospering, what do you have to say about that? Or did you just feel like slaving up as we like to always do?
dont mind them...the worship of white-people is their daily bread....
thats why,we shoudnt allow none like them to lead anything in black-nations.....
or does buhari want the spirit world to come after him??....
dont forget the punishment of jona in the bible...god choose you,you can not just back off,,,......jona was eating by a fish.,,,buhari will be eating by the blacks,fresh!!..
Otunbalarry: Olanrewaju Oyedeji Despite efforts and assurances by the Federal Government that it would rescue the abducted Chobok girls alive, former President Olusegun Obasanjo has raised doubts on their possible return. Mr Obasanjo, who spoke at an event organized by the Staff Club of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, on Friday, said anyone saying the girls would return was simply telling lies. The programme which was held at the open arena of the staff club, was themed, “An Evening with Obasanjo.” Mr. Obasanjo blamed former President Goodluck Jonathan for trivializing the distress call to rescue the girls on the day they were captured. “The former president heard about the kidnap 8am in the morning of the abduction but failed to act until 72 hours later and by then it was too late,” Mr. Obasanjo stated. “Anyone saying they(Chibok girls) will return is telling lies, maybe some of them will return to tell their story.” According to him, the failure of the Peoples Democratic Party in the last presidential election is a blessing to Nigeria. “We tried, but with Jonathan, it was best that PDP should fail to save Nigeria,” Mr. Obasanjo said. He pointed out that one of the low points of the Jonathan administration was his treatment of issues of importance as politics, particularly that of Boko Haram. On power generation, Mr Obasajo said there had been no meaningful improvements since he left office. “Power is still the same way I left it in 2007, railway is same way and other sectors, it was best that PDP stopped ruling us,” he said. “It was a thing of joy to me that the earlier declaration of 50 years governance for PDP did not come to pass.” Mr Obasanjo, who was in company with the Vice-chancellor of the university, Professor Fadipe and other notable personalities, also took out time to take a swipe at Professor Wole Soyinka whom he described as “an amateur politician.” “Wole Soyinka is a patriotic Nigerian, he is a great man but his opinion regarding politics, he always misses it, I have nothing against him,” he said. Mr. Obasanjo also justified some of the decisions he took on education, saying he would take the same decisions if he had another chance. “I have no regrets regarding the decisions I took in terms of education including removing free food in our institutions. We had 53 institutions when I came in 1999 but as at the time I left we had 150 institutions,” Mr Obasanjo explained. “I prefer to have all persons in schools than to have some few persons simply enjoying free food.” He also stated that he never had a godfather when he contested for president, admonishing young politicians to shun godfatherism and be ready to face hard times in politics.
TEZT: We hear people ask: when will the youths have the opportunity to rule our nation. The answer is simple: as soon as they are ready. Prof. Soyinka reminded us lately that very young people got the independence for the nation, men in their 20s and 30s. The soldiers who countered the 1966 coup were in their 20s and 30s. Namely: obasanjo, babangida, abacha, Buhari, danjuma, yaradua, gowon, hassan katsina etc. These youths had little education, poorly experienced and lacked the requisite exposure to lead a complex nation like ours. Little wonder we started our life as a nation with a coup 6yrs after independence, a counter coup to follow shortly and the a civil war, then tribal wars, then religious war, now terrorism, economic wars and the wars are looming even harder from several unknown quaters. Problems created by the same men who have insisted they must and are the only ones to solve them, in the process, the problems don't get solved but rather become hydra headed and eat deeper into the fabrics of our nation like cancer. The question echos again: when will the youths come to power? The poorly trained youths who seized power in 1966 are yet to relinguish it to the enlightened and well trained youths of today. Power like it has always been is never given, it is taken! Taken by a revolution or taken by constructive mothodologies of political manoeuvres, and the good youths must strive to out shine the bad ones in this power play, by coming out of their hiding places and taking their firm stance in national issues. Revolution if bloody is no longer fashionable. We need intellectual and peaceful collaborations We have moved in a vicious circle of political poverty since independence, With the presidency moving from one of the 1966 coup plotters and counter coup plotters to the other. Gowon to obasanjo, obasanjo to Buhari, Buhari to babangida, babangida to abacha, abacha to obasanjo, obasanjo to yar aradua, yaradua to Buhari. Jonathan was an accident. Which nation succeeds this way. I challenge us the good youths to join politics today, form little groups in our communities and begin to educate people. It is an urgent task to rescue our nation. Build up an alter of prayer for the deliverance of this nation. If you are preoccupied with what to eat and drink and you make all the money you need, remember it would cost one ignorant man very little to get a bullet and knock u off. ARISE!!!!!!!!!
guy, mind yourself...no were in the world,do you see youths lead a nation.....no where!!!......what are you talking about...??..
how many 30 years old leaders do you know in the world??...
soon every nigerian will need a calculator,to dont loose sight of things.....
this amounts are mind numbling....
it will even get worst in the future....
the naira will become 1$=#1`000 soon,if we dont change our bad habits..
we all will need calculators,....
you can not keep buying everything abroad and selling nothing in return...
we have two choice
1. we let naira fall like japan, but we must become smart like japan and start producing things and selling abroad....
2. although the naira devalue,we keep on with our bad habits and collapse like zimbabwe,,and dont forget, zimbabwe was boycotted, zimbabwe own is very different from our own...our own is laziness,...
