Did you change your name or the mistake came from missing out one of your own names?

I use a middle name to register in undergrad uni once, it unfortunately came out on my bachelor's cert and transcript. Years later I used another middle name while processing my passport.

Hi, please I need advice on this
My bachelor's certificate and passport both has different middle names. while my birth certificate given at birth from the hospital has just my surname and name. Should I be worried because my AD will likely come out this year.
Is there anything I can do to this effect.

Use uniassist to SEARCH and make use of the filter options of uniassist responsible and none uniassist responsible.

I also think the FAU Erlangen university is still admitting till July 15, they don't use uniassit.

I booked for d appointment last year June and I did not get any admission then. I only got one this year

D question is should I
1. deferre my admission to next year summer
or winter semester or
2. Pay for enrollment and take academic leave
or something like that
3. Take online classes if available
Pending when am called for visa
appointment.
Also can my sponsorship letter given this year be used for next year summer or winter semester in d case I don't get appointment this year
