5% is too much, so you mean someone who buys a property of say 50m will now pay 2.5m even after paying agents? Is too much. 150k to 200k looks more reasonable.

This can never ever be a 2013. The interior/dash, headlights of a 2012, 2013 is different from what you posted.

The picture of what you posted is mostlikely a 2010 not even a 2011. The side mirrors are led but the tail lights are not and this is over priced for 5m.

They are all Turkish Doors bought here in Lagos. The Brown wooden Looking ones will Galvanized Steel Frame cost about 150k as the time and the Black One for the Main entrance cost about N1.7m at the Time. (Note Main Entrance Door is Bullet Proof)

Hi the pre facelift models of the C300 wasnt packing enough punch so I went for the 2009 C350 which was fast and the C300 wasnt, but fast forward the 2012 Models the facelifted ones the C300 now packs as much power as the prefacelift C350 248bhp while the 2012 C350 got upgraded the 301bhp.

Personally I would advice the 2012 C350 thats my next car. I would advice the non 4matic cos it has cheaper suspension parts and you kick the tail and screech from a standstill lol.

One reason I don't like the 350 is that it doesn't come with luxury suspension, I don't like sport suspension on the W204 as it is stiff for my liking.
But one thing I also don't like about the facelifed is that the C300 sport or luxury come only in 4matic.

But I like the fact that the facelifed C300 luxury has 248hp, this power is sufficient for me, I can live with the 4matic but I don't know how reliable.

Who has driven or owns a 2013 C300 W204 luxury edition?
I read it's a 3.5L with 248hp.
Can anyone throw more light of its a good choice, I'm planning to get one.

Wow that's a lot of money but its very possible. As a person into the world of building and structures I know of a certain mansion that costs over N4.5billion. Everything used in constructing the building was imported except sand. It has a helipad roof and forest size garden (woods) and many more aesthetics.

I am planning to upgrade to a Mercedes benz. I wad initially looking to W204 anything 2010 and above but I've also read both about quality of ride of airmatic suspension and horror stories of same airmatic suspension. The C class is notorious for EIS failure and the 7 speed transmission is problematic.

Read that it's very expensive to repair and also fails very easily and regularly.
This suspension is not offered in the W204 C class, it's only offered on the latest W205 (damn too expensive for me). It's offered in the E class and above. I developed interest in the E class W212 (which I believe is 2010 -2012).

I would have ordinarily wanted the C class but it lacks the luxury airmatic, hence why I'm considering the class.


Kindly tell me the pros and cons of this ride, the reliability of the airmatic suspension and also transmission from users of these cars or people who've had contact with these cars.
