All cylinders are misfiring and also a lean system.
What do I advice him to do, and thats after Kazeems have worked on the car but no improvement.

They pretty much the same thing except for a few sensors that the 2005 upwards have.
The 2005 has key sensor factory security, Also has some sensors on the wheels, grill and reverse lights are different.
Almost every other thing is the same. Go for the 2005, it's more secure.

Conduit pipe laying for electrical and plumbing was also done.

Sealing the base of the septic tank:
1. Drain out existing and flowing water from the tank with a pumping machine
2. Pack out already settled mud
3. Introduce hollow blocks to the base in a bed like form
4. Cut planks to size of the tank to form a bed on the already laid blocks. This is to lift the base of the ground
5. Introduce a man hole that will serve as the means to suck out water after casting the base
6. Introduce granite to all edges around the tank to serve as blockage for any missed hole
7. Introduce polythene to cover the laid bed as a form of preventing any leakages
8. Mix sand, granite, normal cement and water sealant together and cast away.

Hello guys i need advise.
I'm about to buy a land that is partly waterlogged, my issue here is not the foundation but the soakaway and borehole.

I heard that it's not possible to build a soakaway in that kind of environment, that only a septic tank can be built.
Also the water from the borehole in that area might be difficult to treat.

Please house, highlight the disadvantages of building in a waterlogged land in the long run.

I have decided to change the timing belt, water pump and tensioner but my issue now is that will it affect the oil in the engine. Will changing the timing belt involve lifting the engine and draining the oil in the engine?

Use Purflux LS867B oil filter in any of petrol engines in 406. Note that we have fake one that cost about N500. Buy the genuine one. You can also get the genuine one at some Total fuel stations.

I serviced the car yesterday using Total quartz 9000 and purflux filter.
Don't know if i should change the timing belt now or wait a bit.

Total Quartz 9000 (5w40) or Quartz 7000 (15w50).

Recommended engine oil change interval is every 6 months(twice a year). If you do more of city driving, you can reduce it to 4 or 5 months.

Hi Ikenna, just read your comments on the 406 engines and all I must say I am impressed that you know so much about the 406, I drive a 1999 Peugeot 406 with the EW10 Engine, I bought the car and it was sent to me in Lagos from the UK, in 2009 and I had it converted for about 215k then, my contribution is simple, I still drive my 406 with the factory paint and ac working well, and all.... I've had the timing belt changed, and the stabilizer linkages changed now and again but basically the maintenance and gasoline consumption ain't bad at all....for a car that gives me so much confidence on the road, some times, I no wan know wetin you dey drive, so long as na our Nigerian roads, I'll race you. I love my 406. Good thinking, good product...

With a fully synthetic 5W30 and a high performance filter it should take you around 6,000 miles or 10,000kms. But for me I'd go even slightly further.

From all the posts I think you are safer with mobil.

2 weeks ago I started running Mobil 1 fully synthetic 5W30 paired with Mobil 1 extended performance filter. The sound of my 2008 honda accord has changed, the car runs much smoother and quieter. I have just done about 300 miles in 2 weeks with no short or anything. I plan to go one year or 8,000 miles, which ever comes first.

Bros go for Mobil 1 5W30 but I'd advice you pair it with a high performance filter
