My WIDD is funny though.....2cycles I go I use 2.5mg of letrozole,vitaminb6 and folic acid, and nothing happened so I had just five tablets left....last cycle I decided to use 5mg of letrozole from cd5 to 9, but on cd7 I have just 1 tablet left after using 5mg for two days and couldn't buy another one so I used d 2.5mg on cd7 and rest my case. I was also drinking Tommy blast water (keto diet water) cos I wanted to reduce my tommy fat....But here I am today am sure it wasn't d uncompleted dose that worked for me but God's mercies that located me. Because dh prayer request @ last power must change was for God to visit is before the first quarter of the year ends and God did it,prayer did it....

I have a regular cycle of 28/29 days, I started spotting brown blood on 1st Nov (CD25) till date. I've done two blood PT on sat and mon respectively and dey were positive. I went for scan (TVS), and d radiologist said it looks like an ectopic pregnancy...d sac is outside my uterus. I'm so down with d news, but I've to act fast before it ruptures and gv me more complications. Pls mamas which Govt hospital in Abuja can best handle dis?

my first pregnancy was ectopic. symptoms included spotting , pain which progessively got worst until it was unbearable. a pelvic scan could not pick it because it was early pregnancy . a tvs was done and n a sac was seen not in my uterus and d radiologist suspected d ectopic . my doctor threw away the report . n sent me on other tests . quantative beta hcg to see if my hcg levels were rising . to cut the long story short . i almost died because my tube ruptured and they waited too long . my solid advice is see a [b]consultant [/b]o& g doctor . dont waste time pls pls pls . When did u stop your progestrone. It takes a lil while before your body adjusts . Especially if it was a long protocol with down regulation.

Good morning house.
Please I need suggestions and advice as to what could be wrong with me.
Hubby and I have decided to go through with icsi come October after TTC for 4yrs. Doctor advised icsi cos hubby's sperm count was a bit low but with good motility.
I have worries.
I worry because each time am about to see my period, I have severe stomach cramp. I have lower abdominal pain too every other day. What I have noticed is that I have severe pains when am about to end my pee.I don't don't even know how to descripe the pain I feel but I feel it's infection. When am on my period, every part of my tummy hurts. Then I feel this sharp pain just at the middle down my lower abdomen. Not to mention that I stool and phew throughout too. My toilet is usually my best friend during this period.
The amazing thing is after seeing our fertility doctor, he recommended we start our procedure cos there is nothing wrong.
I have my fears that my babies might not stick cos there is something wrong and that thing is infection.
Now, I have taken a lot of drugs for infections. Am now confused as to what to take.
I don't want to do this procedure until am free from this cramps and pain.
Please anyone with a suggestion as to what I can do or best anti bacterial drugs to take?

I think u should see a Gynecologist. Note that ur fertility doctor. May not be. What u are describing sounds like a UTI.but some other infection mask like UTI. Ur gynecologist will prescribed. Drugs for u n ur husband to take for period of time . As for us it was a combination of ciproflaxcin doxcyline flagyl for 2weeks. But do see a doctor
