Do things u normally won't do. Go out of your way. Abandon ttc for a while . It is not fair for u guys to bring in children into a loveless situation. Just as ur husband caught the vibes so also will d children. So many seeds of love n watch them germinate. He will in turn radiate d love back to u n u too will catch d fire. I was down yesterday when I remembered all health procedures I gone thru in this quest to have children. But today I feel good cos I know soon I will testify of his goodness in my life. It is my second yr wedding anniversary guys join me n thank the Lord.

@lilamaka. How is his diet now. D supplements u will find in drugs for sperm boosting u can get in natural foods but u have to be consistent. Give him foods rich in vitamins like fruits. If he drinks alcohol coke (carbonated drinks) or coffee he has to let go of it. Reduce his carbohydrates to the minimal possible level. Make him fresh vegetables every day. Don't over cook. Look for carrots, tomatoes try to feed him raw good source of antioxidants Try giving him smoothies. Walnuts too are a very incredible source of antioxidants Let him do without under pants for a while. Avoid hot baths. Pray hard for him don't get tired. The Lord is your strength. Remember u are not alone in this. Through the love of Christ our Saviour all must be well. Big e hugs

@ Liliamaka. Dear sister. Men are very very difficult when it comes to d male issue. U have to tread softly. I experienced d same. I watched my dh count go lower m lower each time after every sfa. He won't go for surgery . In fact when d urologist suggested it he stopped attending clinic. Put d matter before God. That's what I did. I prayed God to take control of his heart Before it was a "not to go to topic" but now we talk about it. He explained his fears. We weighed our options n we now have decided to go the ICSI way. It is expensive but it is what is prescribed for family with morphology n count issues. It is assisted reproduction sha o. All will be well my sister. Follow him to pray n see the pastors. Direct n focus your attention at letting God touch his heart so he can make d right decision for ur family.

@all tick tock tick time has flown. I celebrate 2 yrs of married life on Sat. Although our babies are yet to be part of our celebration, I count my many blessings. The Lord is faithful. I refuse to give in to sadness . My doctor told me of a woman who had been waiting for yrs for a baby. She suddenly conceived n yesterday during her scan they found she carrying triplets. My sisters na so our testimony go be. Amen

my sis it is well. My neighbor just had her 5th baby after telling me last yr she had hung baby making boots. Plus d woman is surely over 40. It is just easy for some. Her remaining 4children come to my house almost every school evening to do their assignments. I help them even though I myself am tired from going work. I believe God will use those children to visit me too. We will surely over come n rejoice

Nothing hurts men more o. It is like a direct attack on their man hood. Up until recently my husband n I battled d matter. In fact he has refused to go for the corrective surgery. I don't fight him. I just look for when he is in a relaxed mood to broach d topic. When I see the matter is becoming too hot I back down He started using d supplements but doctors say we have do 3months of drugs before retesting. The Lord will help. Choose ur time Well. Know when to stop. God will give u wisdom n answer ur prayers

The count is on d low side. But still women have been known to conceive even with the low sperm count (I am an example). Chances quite low though. The Motility is low. U can try buy fertilaid for men , also buy the one to improve motility. If he is overweight, try to get him to loose weight. He should reduce drinking to d barest minimum if he drinks. All d best

mega o. let me add that she told me she regularly used the home test kits and got negative results . even she did the test when d baby was 6 weeks old still negative ( bear in mind she didnt know she was pregnant) n it was negative. becos of the PCOS she thought that was why the period ceased. . God will do what he will do . no matter the situation

I really need to share this story. So on Sat I went to a wedding n I met someone who I knew had been trying to get pregnant for 18months, she was very heavy. After congratulating her, she told me a strange tale. She had suffered from PCOS. With history of irregular periods from puberty. She told me about 3 months ago she developed fever, body pains. After using Paracetamol n taking all sorts of pain killer, her mom n husband encouraged her to see a doctor . Before then she noticed her stomach was bulging a little n felt it was constipation. Anyways doctor examined her n immediately asked if she was pregnant . She said no. He then requested for more examination. After which d doctor told her , he strongly felt she was pregnant . She argued. Doctor sends her for a scan n voila, she was carrying a 19weeks old baby . Almost 5months pregnant. She had been praying n waiting not knowing God had done it already. Great God. The one who puts water in a coconut n no one knows how. The one who can do all things. Awamaridi eledumare. The Almighty God. He is never late. She wasso scared. Especially judging with the fact she had been on various medication. But scan shows everything is proceeding normally . N soon she go drop. My sisters be very encouraged as I was on Sat. He is able to do ours.
