@evacroft. Sweet heart what can I say..... But this is d time to encourage ur self in d Lord. Our dog has gone thru two pregnancies n has more than 11pups. But shall we begin to feel God has forgotten us. No I know he hasn't. Last week I was feeling low because after seeing my gynecologist she said getting pregnant naturally may be difficult n we may have to try icsi. Today am up not cos am pregnant but I know when d cloud appears darkest it is then God wants to glorify himself. My sis again I say encourage itself n hold to ur faith. Dear mum to be sugah, I suspect u are experiencing bv bacteria vaginosis. Fishy odor especially after bd d smell won't go away even after washing up or urinating. Look for Klovinal pessary. If u live in Lagos alpha pharmacy sells. I don't know if garlic will take care of it totally. Klovinal contains metronidazole , clotrimazole and lactose bacillus spores which help to balance d pH of d vaginal. 6days treatment totally worth it. All d best

I hail all Belle full mamas in d house n all those in d waiting room . GOD will surely give us beautiful surprises. Wanted to remain silent but some of d posts here got me worried. Pls if u are not sure of solutions don't post. Fluconades never n I repeat never has cured PID. It is just treatment for fungi infections eg candida. If u suspect a PID, Pls go straight to d gynecologist. Treatment is a standard 2 weeks for u n ur partner . I beg u all PID is nothing trival. It should be handled with quick and adequate attention. The treatment must include ur husband. For those using alternative methods it is advisable to do d standard 2weeks treatment first. Most of d infections that cause PID cannot be picked by HVS. Chlamydia n gonorrhea are major culprits. Scans sometimes don't tell d actual picture until it is chronic. A good doctor can recognize the symptoms . Knowledge is power, equip ur self with it. @Jennygurl, from Apple19's mode of operation i think if u can time Ov under ur Dr's supervision and medication, he can advise when to bd once he is sure u'll Ov, not to discourage u but u don't know what effect FB will have on your system. From reviews it messes up some cycle while it worked for some like me

Pls dont try it o . the dye injected into your vagina during the HSG will push anything in it way further in , that is why docs even advise women with active pid not to go for the test until treatment has been completed because it may worsen infection

@ mrs frank masturbation is the best way to get the cleanest sample . doctors always prefer it
other method include ejaculating in a condom after sex
sex with withdrawal before ejaculation
if you decide on the condom method sample must get to lab in less than 2hrs of collection ,better still less than 1hr
it is because of this and contamination that masturbation is advised. when my dh went for his , it was with much petting and encouragement & in fact he almost didnt do it . it is not easy for them , but God willl continue to give us women wisdom in handling sensitive matters as this . baby dust to us all. i have attached this link so u can read more about the said topic

Hallo ma the lil i know about laparoscopy is that it is an explorative kind of surgery done when doctors are at a loss of the reason for infertility. it has it down side n up side . some of the up sides is that sometimes doctors can correct the reason for the infertility thru the surgery . note ma it is sometimes .
down sides it has the attendant risk of having surgery . ur medical history must have informed the doctor's decison to carry out the laprascopy becos doctors dnt always want to open up their patients. perhaps getting a second opinion from another gyneacologist may help. i want to encourage my sister . it will all be well . God surely will remember you and visit u. keep the faith

Eva Croft... Wonder y d lab said in U should come in 21days. Normally if u are doing 21day progesterone, u start counting day 1from d first day AF shows up then do it on d 21st day. So in ur case u have19 days more. Unless ur cycle is longer than 28days. The FSH and LSH is supposed to be done on day 2 or 3.

so my gynae doc asked me the all important question ...... do know when you are to BD . I said yes. during my fertile period. and she said carry on name the days and i said CD 10, 11, 12, ,13, 14 .. . and she said no you are wrong . you are to BD Day 10, 12, 14, 16

Rejoice, how are u. Am going through d hormonal assay thing now. I am to do FSH and LSH on either CD 2 or 3. Don't ask what it means cos me no know. After which on d CD 21i will do d progesterone. As per price all my test will cost 18k but I live in lag. All d best.

HSG is best done CD 8-10.if u have a history of pelvic inflammatory disease pls check with your doctor cause d HSG can push infection further into cervix. The procedure may also be discomforting so in my case I used ibuprofen 30mins before. All the very best. We shall all hear good news

@ REJOICE 03 .my dear sis . it is quite possible to test negative while pregnant. docs say the hormone which is secreted during pregnancy (hcg) first appears in the blood before it is starts to show in the urine . my sister, relax n try re- testing if AF does not come in a wk .
