sir has d cause been investigated. If u can afford to see a Urologist, try. A couple of lifestyle changes have known to improve the count 1.reduction in alcohol intake to d barest minimum or totally quitting. 2.if u smoke pls quit. Coffee drinkers are advised to change to tea as caffeine is also not good for sperm production. 3.Over weight men are likely to have low sperm count issues so u must make sure ur Bmi is within normal range. 4.Keep your testicles area cool avoid wearing tight knickers. U can go commando until it improves. 5.improving your diet helps, men need vitamin e, vitamin c , zinc for sperm production. Foods like tomatoes eating it raw, walnut, tiger nuts, green vegetables are known to help. U could add fertilaid for men it's a dietary supplement . U can get from any big pharmacy . Drink lots of water. . Remember that you must be consistent not expect immediate changes. Doctors will advice at least 2MONTHS of this changes before the retrial of the seminal fluid analysis. Mumhaja and others who want Doctors, sonographers and gyns, hmmm, I will strongly oppose it and proffer that while we share are reports and challenges here, we should still visit experts in their clinics and hospitals for consultations.
Why do I stand on this? Ttc has made us gullible and unanalytical. We are ready and quick to consume whatever works for A or B. Atimes ordinary lying down on the bed for Dr to examine you is enough to determine what the issue is.
Also, when we clamor for these Drs and they come, some of them will begin to make cool money of so many innocent and quick quick result hungry ttcers. They begin to PM, exchange numbers and we don't know what happens at the backend for monitoring, advise, caution etc.
I remember when I click on one old time ttcer here to read about her, she is mogbomoya, she was duped by a so called Dr on nl then. Do you know the so called Dr took her blood in his house and yet she don't still think that it's fraud?
How about honeypie? So many were swept away, some came back with another moniker, others remain silent readers till date. Don't forget ttc unity prayer never returned after honeypie and her hackers tactfully and slowly overtook the thread with 'honeypie protocol'.
Some were given substances that changed their cycles all because they want quick results and her followers were coming up with fake bfp news.
When we begin to 'godilise' an individual, attention will be drawn away from due research of who the person really is and hence bad consequences.

Natural foods, fruits and drinks remains the best for human cure. Ginger and garlic does a great deal in our body system. Use it as spices for cooking. Take them two to three days after your period. Infection will be far from you, you will also noticed you don't fall ill as you used to.
Someone asked what quantity of scent leaf, I simply use reasonable qty each time I want to use it. I do not have measures for it but I simply used little qty. When I make too much I keep it refrigerated till the next day. Not advised you keep it for too long.

I live in Lagos , Raji Fashola was nominated from my state. A hard worker , did a lot for Lagos . didn't like doctors n he showed them pepper. We only recently woke up to the news that he was involved with fraud.

I started TTC some months back and got on fertilaid 2 months ago. Before then I had a missed or rather delayed period (I tend to have an irregular cycle once i get stressed). I was hoping fertiliaid will help regularise that and boost my chances, but it's been 2 months and this intermittent spotting won't stop. As in I could spot like a few drops bi-weekly or every week. Am so worried and too scared to go see the Gyno. Has anyone experienced this please. Help!

Fastforward...surgery was perfect! Impeccable!!! Total recovery was shockingly short (24hrs- God in his usual amazing ways); all the battalion of surgeons, anesthesiologist, nurses etc who worked on Dh didn't collect a dime from us (another miracle- God bless all of them greatly for us); DH's parameters have reversed back to normal ( almost breaking the scale ), no more worm like structures/extremely hot scro.tum etc!

That was when I was told that " He makes all things beautiful in his time!"

God that has preserved ur sister is able restore all that has been lost n surely he will do it. eeridemilade ,heavy cloudy discharge seems like a fungi infection to me . God helped me to wrestle from ECWM from that kind of discharge by using Klovinal Pessaries for 7days u can also try mycoten pessaries but pls using it appropriately and complete treatment . u can support it by swallowing diflucan orally. after the treatment . soak panties in hot water and dettol and wash . dry in the sun . that part is important . else the fungi spores wont die . all the best

Hotmomma, I think Paracetamol will do d trick. I used to have serious menstrual pain with a lot of vomiting, so much so I used to be admitted in d hospital . I had to stop using felvin cos it didn't allow my period flow.
What I resorted to doing was using Paracetamol 2days before n on d day of period itself. Some say Paracetamol is not strong enough but I assure timing is d most important thing when using Paracetamol. My sister for period regulation try vitex. Fertility blend contains it . If u use it religiously for a month u will see a difference. U can Google d reviews on fertility blend or vitex. U will learn a lot. All d best
