Kobojunkieee: You are attempting to argue that a bank that is 100% state-owned should not be required to reveal records of its transactions to the public. That just shows that you are not... Anyways, stop distracting from the main issue abeg! CBN has some level of autonomy. For example CBN is the only agency that it's budget is not subjected to NASS oversight and parliamentary scrutiny. However, a it's accounts can be audited from a pronouncement of the parliament as the case may arise. In this particular case, CBN grossly violates its own rule especially in area of lending money to individual without disclosing to the details of the transaction. Thats enough ground for NASS to initiate a probe into CBN dealings with Dangote's Company |

What about you? What legacy are you living behind when you get to 90? A legacy of supporting and encouraging a notorious narcotics drug trafficker, certificate forger, buccaneering power grabber engaging in criminal state capture who have presided over what is now regarded as the most wicked and draconian regime to ever emerge in the history of this country. The easiest thing a lazy youth does is to criticised and abuse on social media without any sense of responsibility. Since you have decided to carry someone else's baggage, I ask you. Soyimka at 90 has fought a good fight for his geeration. He supported Biafra and fought for the masses, this is someone older than your grandfather. Can we count your parents to have fought on the side of the masses other than preaching hate and insult to you which makes you inherit same laziness of the mind. Good things is coming out of Nigeria after so many failed promises
Now NNPCL can now burry their head in the sand for their crime against Nigeria people. Their gross ineptitude couple with their brazen sabotage will for ever hunt their generation.
To all those who have mismanaged the affairs of NNPC right from inception, from the SW to SE to SS, NE, NC and NW, your generation will suffer the consequences of the great pain you inflict on Nigerians
The present leadership of NNPCL who despite the fund allocated for turnaround maintenance could not deliver but continue to shift the commencement of operation date, Shane on you all.
Kyari, you failed.
Minister of State for petroleum, you failed.
Tinubu, you failed for unable to put your house in order desoite the obvious failure of your appointee.
This is a confirmation that the patriotism of all of you is for selfish and the peck of office and not to the salvage of this country.
What Nigeria government have destroyed, is what one man have rebuild. Dangote effort have rendered all your certificate and power useless.
You should be ashamed that with your momster teeth, you can only eat grass while Dangote with no teeth now swallow corn.
All of you that have hand in destroying our refinery will perish with your loot |

Definitely Obidients have become liability to Peter Obi's ambition. It is pathetic that these people can't see that their actions are grossly remarketing their candidate.
Until they dump their Nzogbu Nzogbu approach to politics, any candidate they support will continue to lose just as the party they support will eventually collapse. Example is what happened to Apga and presently going on in LP |

He's saying the government will determine the price as if the government built the refinery for him. This country and everyone in it are sick! I quite agree with you. The media is projected to promote only politics at the expense of other development sector. Alll Nigeria TV and radio are doing same thing. Politics. That's why you see illiterate Nigerians taking pride in poor political analysis Dangote should tell us how much he is selling to the NNPCL, this is crucial for Nigerians to monitor the subsidy exercise to see if the government is sincere. |

malali: Several refineries are scheduled to shut down in 2024 and 2025 as part of broader energy transitions:
1. Grangemouth Refinery in Scotland: This refinery, operated by Petroineos, is set to close in 2025, impacting 400 jobs. The site will be converted into a fuels import terminal due to economic challenges . 2. LyondellBasell’s Houston Refinery: Originally planned to shut down by the end of 2023, this refinery will now remain operational until the first quarter of 2025. The company plans to convert the site for sustainable operations in line with its circular economy goals . 3. Shell’s Wesseling Refinery in Germany: Shell will shut down its oil refining operations at the Wesseling site by 2025, transitioning it to chemical production. This move is aimed at reducing carbon emissions as part of Shell’s broader decarbonization strategy .
These closures reflect the shift toward sustainability and a reduction in carbon emissions in the refining sector.
A lot of countries are closing down their refineries to reduce carbon emission and also because importing petrol is cheaper than refining it. I wonder why Nigerians think refining would be cheaper than importing. Unless we subsidize the crude oil What is your point that we should abadon our God given resources because one Oyinbo man thinks it will hurt the earth |

helinues: How many of his proposed fuel filling stations will be in one state alone? He doensnt need to build any filling station to acquire filling station in all local government of Nigeria. What he need to do is to establish a retail outlet company and sell franchise to millions of dilapidated filling stations who are not getting regular supply of PMS due to Nigeria factor. They would grab the offer and change their name since they know that would guateetee them regular supply at competitive price. But Dangote seems not to be interested in selling to Nigeria after getting supply of crude in Naira, he want to export for a better profit. If you asked me, Nigeria is destyiong the cabal to create a monster. This scenerio is what am going to use to judge Tinubu's competence. Let see how he is going to handle it |

If he sells directly to marketers and nnpc still import with FG power, the nnpc can drive him out of business so I’ll unless that aspect is fixed it a complicated situation Again NNPCL can't drive him out of business because he has WA market to supply at more profit than when he sells to Nigeria |
