Politics › Re: Gov Soludo Has Described As Fake News From Daily Trust about borrowing by Ttalk: 5:23pm On Aug 27, 2024 |
Daily Trust is one news media that only reports news about the South, especially the negative news that paints the South and its government in a bad light.
The newspaper has reduced itself to tissue paper used by the northern politicians to control power.
Until Daily trust focuses on the myriad of insecurity, poverty, and illiteracy ravaging the north, then will it be taken seriously, for now, we see Daily Trust as daily tissue paper that its permanent place should be in the dustbin |
Politics › Re: Tinubu Is A True Definition Of Failure by Ttalk: 9:33am On Aug 27, 2024 |
Validated: When we were calling Buhari a failure we did not know that we were only being unfair to the old general. Now we have seen failure, we are dumbfounded. You check it, from insecurity, to economy, hunger and starvation, debt pile ups and state institutional failure, Tinubu braces the tape of failure on all fronts. Today, kidnappers are on rampage. Armed robbery is now open concept, carried out in broad daylight. Our roads are no longer safe, our schools and colleges are now theaters of kidnapping scenes. Our royal fathers are now being kidnapped and most times killed.
Our economy has become a kalòkalù affairs. We are on trial and error. We now earn only 20% of what we spend. The little earning is already mortgaged in debt servicing. Yet, we keep borrowing even more to acquire ostentatious living. We borrowed to buy presidential jet. We borrow to pay subsidies, we borrow to fund coastal road to nowhere. By the way, we hear the project is now in comatose. We borrow to pay subsidies that have sine "gone". We are still borrowing to pay palliative. The cycle continues.
Our beloved Naira is now worse than used sanitary pad. Even creditors are now siezing our assets.
Yet Our Agbado miscreants keep on defending a Monstrous FAILURE. They keep living in delusional amnesia of a fathom Eldorado that would one day come. They are like the proverbial ostrich that buried its head on the sand, oblivious of the the rest of its body.
My friend from the West, your son has FAILED, a big one at that. Wake up, you have no food, and your children's future is being mortgaged. Your tribalism will not save you. There is no tribal card to buy garri cheaper, nor is there a tribal certificate to avoid the economy that Tinubu represents. A failure is a FAILURE, let's tell Tinubu the truth, perhaps he would be conscientious enough to look inward or perhaps step aside and let the VP finish their OTP tenure. When we respond in the like manner the bias mod will start banning. Where is your sense of constructive criticism and engagement? Must every Obidient Igbo resort to insult to pass his message? You claimed Tinubu is a failure, what about your governor and your parent who have not been able to train you to be civil. Tinubu will rule over you and your generation, you can only wail and cry, but cannot do anything to change the reality. |

Beremx: So no single university in the SE has completed their verification? This is very hard to believe. Anyways, the schools should come out and refute the claims by NELFUND.
The same tribalism is going to play out in other Tinubu's schemes. Even Buhari wasn't this tribalistic with the schemes that he did for Nigerians. Why are you this biased, it is unfortunate that a known person like you on nairaland can be this tribal. Well it is not a surprise, we can see the biased opinions of our elites like Oby |

Am not surprised by this statistic.
If a whole region can believe Buhari was dead and replaced with El Jubrin from Sudan based on the opinion of 1 single man.
If a supposedly third position in an election could claim he is the winner of the presidential election you wonder where is the place the man who came 2nd in the equation.
If a group of agile young men could be flaunting the high price of food items and don't know it's an opportunity to invest in those crops and cash out but prefer to cry morning and night on social media, then Nigeria deserves to be on the bottom |

Penguin2: Shady deal you say?
You are not ashamed to repeat that trash that Amosun said - that he signed a shady deal with due diligence.
Isn’t that an indictment and the more reason he should be dragged by his scrotum?
How can a whole state governor, with a retinue of commissioners, Advisers, and even Consultants under his payroll, sign a contract as huge and significant as a Free Trade Zone that is supposed to change the infrastructural and economic landscape of Ogun State without due diligence?
And you are not ashamed to defend that? Why are you this petty, your bigoted opinion is a reflection of your hatred borne out of an inferiority complex. No Yoruba person is defending Amosun in his arrogance and stupidity. No reason to transfer the sin of one man's to entire region. .be warned |

Okay, who is preventing NNPCL 4 refineries from working.
Why do we always find excuses for failure of leadership in Nigeria, as if other oil countries don't have a functional refinery.
Why is it so difficult for NNPC but seamlessly natural for Saudi Aramco to do.
No one should bring any foolish conspiracy theory to defend the wicked rape and corruption of our collective wealth |

Brendaniel: One of the major reasons I want the country to divide, I mean look at the type of people one is sharing country with, I hate downgrading human beings but how is the country going to move forward when people like this supporting those in power fight you for trying to demand good governance.
They fight you for demanding good governance all because of tribalism... One thing that is synonymous with Igbo is their emotion. You can tap into customers emotion to sell your market but you can't tap on it where logic is required. If you think Biafra will bring development to Igboland then my Rott is probably rational. What wizardary does an average igbo politician has to exhibit in Biafraland that he can't perform now in Igboland. The latest infrastructural development you can find today is light rail and is present only in SW just like our father built the first TV station, Cocoa house and first stadium. In governance and administration, your region ranked below others |

Politics › Re: What Elon Musk Thinks About Inflation And How It Relates To Nigeria. by Ttalk: 8:49am On Aug 17, 2024 |
Brendaniel: Inflation is caused solely by the government....
I doubt he made the statement about Nigeria, he is just stating the obvious truth and that truth is hitting you guys hard because you can see Nigeria written all over the truth....
I doubt the statement was about Nigeria in anyway.... one thing I know about the truth is that it is universal.... Be objective for once. Nigerians now have access to financial market all over the world just be sitting by your computer. A lot of fund enters into the economy that are not backed by production. This also add to reckless spending of the government |
