The principle of Al-Taqiyah is used to take or absolve muslim terrorist and members of suicide squads from looking like observant muslims so as to be able to blend with the populace of countries they are targeting and not cause suspicion or attention to be paid to them until they are able to overthrow or destroy the government of the host country.

When you are dealing with a muslim or a muslim stateman or a muslim diplomat, you don't believe what he says or signs, the real issue is not what is he says or signs but what he is going to do which of course is unfathomable.

It is a pity that most people don't know that muslims are very deadly because they don't know who they are dealing with.

In Turkey for instance, they consider themselves as a secular country and not an Islamic country (Thanks to Ata Turk, the nation figure of Turkey, who knew that there is no progress in Muhammedan Islam).
