yes I received a mail from tls that I should come and pick my travel document and prior to the day to pick it up UK embassy send decision letter to my mail as well that my application was successful

no it was only TB and marriage cert that was on the checklist... I added this to it too , family photo and marriage photo

if you have not submit your application why don't you try and do another PCC inother not to cause further investigation about your application with the ECO ..

It's wise for any new person not to start the application now. And wait till February and if they did not extend it. Ireland is also starting there own careworker program next year February. So ,it's all good.

No, it was not fast track. We paid 147.50 pounds. The transcript he used was collected by him 10years ago. I can't remember what he said he needed it for but it has school stamp. A separate letter was given to him to address the organisation then. So, he just used it like that.

Depends on how financially buoyant you are. December 29 is just 2 days away so using Nigerian banks to pay via form A is out of it completely. The only alternative you have is to source dollars from the black market and make the payment via credit card or debit card (if they accept this form of payment), payment via card reflects almost immediately. Or you pay via the barter card. Aside from making the payment via form A, the other two listed options are outrageously expensive.

Another thing to consider is if you've met all other requirements for visa application like TB test and POF.
