You do not love this lady, you are only obsessed with her and that is why you are even blocking other men from marrying her and you know you won't marry her. Wait till she is forty years old and tell her you won't marry her, then watch her send assassins to your wife or yourself. This has happened to several men, do not pull down your own family. You should not have gotten this deep before discarding the lady. |
This is sweet to hear. Guys what is the risk in this high rates?. Also does anyone know when the next bidding date will be? |
APC has lost the election with this announcement. OSHIOMOLE OR BRF is the best card. |
jogojogo:I believe this age factor should not be a barrier, the requirement in 2012 when we applied says "must not be more than 30yrs by Dec. 2012",otherwise you would nor have been invited for the test at all. |

IIFY1:Please how much do they pay their GTs, some of us are already working and would like to know if its worth the stress. Thanks |
I also got the same offer letter from Haggai and its 14.5% fixed rate. Well I have accepted the offer because it seems to be the lowest have heard of on this FG scheme, others are offering something way higher. Fashola is offering 9% but the houses are far too expensive and its even by ballot so you might not even get the house even if you are qualified to. |
I was also offered 14.5% by Haggai mortgage and am going ahead with it |
Please must it be only properties you advertised. I have a property am interested in at Ejigbo lagos, can I still get a loan to do this? |
[quote author=DrIgbo post=27685942]I have been contacted twice Imperial Mortgage Bank and am about to open my mortgage account. God bless Nigeria You are strong sha, I was with imperial too and they were talking 17% interest na so I pick race |
benik:Exactly my point too.its all scam and to add to Jonathan fake achievements. |
Am really discouraged now,I was also told 17% too when i called them today.while okonjo Iweala was shouting one digit interest. The imperial lady I spoke with also told me there are no built houses by the FG that I have to source for the house myself ! |
[quote author=tunai post=27089150]Mortgage institutions have started rolling out mails to successful applicants, @ least am sure of imperial homes,my brother got a mail from them last Friday and am seriously hoping I will get mine soon |

SQLmaster1: Good morning Fellas. I see the moral here is high. I wish everyone success.Wow, I guess its time to take a bow. |
Olusola ke, how come Desmond never used this name all these years. Dirty politics |
May be the previously announced figure of 47 was the number of dead Nigerians alone! and now other nationals are coming up |
Chloroquine has been dealing with me since 1901, no matter the piriton I use na so so itch and scratch |
So sorry for the dead and their families . As for TB am sure the Lagos state govt can't do anything about him, it will be a forgotten story in 2 weeks time,we will never hear any outcome of the investigations.TB is way to connected in Naija. I used to live in Ikotun and he has converted the whole street beside his church to his own island, you dare not drive through the street anyhow on Sundays as the area is always filled with at least 3 vans of armed MOPO and when they close on Sundays the armed men will stop motorist coming from ile iwe toward Ikotun and keep passing out only traffic from the street church. Those who live in Ikotun can bear witness . There was also a plan by the state government sometimes ago to expand the road leading to Ikotun but because the construction will chop off a chunk of TB church and also an oba's palace, the whole plan was suspended. RIP to the dead |
CoolHunk: Why do Nigerians place their hands on their heads when something bad happens? This is one of the universal signs( its done all over the world), so its not a Nigerian thing Its even common among footballers |
shevon: The Federal Government has instructed primary mortgage inistitutions (PMIs) to process the applications of the over 66,000 Nigerians who applied for the 10,000 Nigerian Mortgage Refinancing Company (NMRC) housing programme. So why don't they list the 17 primary mortgage institutes that are instructed to prequalify applicant so one can follow up |
shevon: You would have to seek out a house within Oshodi-Isolo when you application is approved. The FG do not have any building they are selling, they will assist with the purchase after you have made your 20% (of value of the property of your choice) available.Oh I was thinking the the estates are already built and what one just have to do is to access the mortgage, pay equity and pack in, just like the Lagos homes by Fashola. |
I also applied and I was fortunate to be among the first 5000 that applied, and during this period there were only 14 pilot states available so I had to select Ogun state(mowe- Ibafo axis) , then later other states including Lagos was enlisted. I have a strong feeling I will be considered but my concern is that will it be possible to change back to Lagos state since I work in Lagos? Can anyone answer this. |
So so tiring.... First we had to take test 3 times becos of incomplete questions and now test has been postponed 3 times. Either something is wrong with the contract between UAC and Workforce or there are are issues with test locations or they are thinking Ebola!. Am sure all these mails they are sending is just to buy time.May be on Monday now they will tell us sorry the recruitment process has been cancelled!. A beg make everybody just put their minds at rest jare,at most they will take 20 management trainees and may be 10 graduate specialist. Good luck all |
dest4real: I have BSc in Zoology and Masters degree in Environmental Management and Toxicology!Did you finish from UNAAB?, you sound like it with the combination of your first degree and masters. |
Chain wearing on the ankle originate d from Italy , and its worn by prostitutes, but I don't know the Nigerian meaning to it. But personally I do not like it,matter what it means. |
Its obviously GTbank, I was in the Alimosho branch early this week and witnessed same, the funny part is that after using all the infrared thermometer the security guy end up collecting the phones of people who can't get into the bank cos of the security beep at the enterance and hand it over to you when you are in the entrance door.So ends up contacting evert bodies personal items, so he could still pass the EBOLA. |
@ op, a lot of advice you already got, but I will advice you based on experience to make proper research on haulage biz before venturing into it, I work with the FMCG and precisely in the haulage section, a reliable truck will cost more than 3M and average earning per truck around 450K monthly, its a bit dicy biz because of the drivers, they will siphon your diesel , use your truck to carry exhibit and make money for themselves while you roast! and coupled with the fact that you will have to pay for local govt emblem depending on the state you operate the truck, also think of possible risks like accidents that could write off the truck.Haulage biz is good if you have the experience and you can afford to buy at least 5 trucks so you can get a haulage contract with a good coy. Some one said you will make 40K daily and some are inviting you for biz, just be careful man before you get swindled,I lost 1M in 2012 all in the name of picking selfish advice. You can put your money on Treasury bills and go home and sleep, with the current rate of 9.79% for 91 days, you can make 25K on a monthly average without doing anything, just go to your bank and find out more, you can also visit the TB thread on this forum for more info. This is my one kobo for you and this is strictly from experience. |
This postponement!!,now they have shifted the test to the date av had to reschedule some other appointments to. I really wish someone in the house knows an insider in UACN who can tell us what to expect as per pay.I currently work in the FMCG and earn around 250K monthly and just want to be sure am not wasting my time doing all these tests. I will appreciate any positive advice. |
