THE EVIDENCE OF THIS WAS IN THE DECEASED FREELY GIVING HER HIS PIN NUMBER.
SECONDLY, I WILL ASK THE COURT TO DISREGARD THE NUMERIOUS GENERALISATION IN THE PROSECUTION SUBMISSION AND PROCEED WITH THE UNIQUE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THIS CASE.
THIRDLY THE VICTIM, A 50 YEAR OLD MAN, WOULD LURE YOUNG WOMEN INTO DRUGZ AND ALCOHOL INFLUENCED SEX. THIS RAISES THE QUESTION OF RAPE, AS MOST WOMEN INCAPACITATED WOULD BE UNABLE TO CONSENT TO SEX.
THE ISSUE IN THIS CASE THAT LED TO THE STABBING WAS RAPE. THE 21 YEAR OLD LADY, HAD NOT CONSENTED TO SEX BUT THE DECEASED FORCEFULLY HAD UNCONSENTED SEX.
CLEARLY, BOTH PARTIES UNDER THE INFLUENECE OF DRUGS GOT INTO A FIGHT WIHICH LEAD TO THE DEATH OF THE DECEASED.
IT IS A CASE OF LOSS OF CONTROL VIA INTOXICATION AND THE CASE SHOULD BE DOWN GRADED TO INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER.
THIS IS NOT A MURDER CASE.

forget it, if there is proof that she took money from his account AFTER KILLING/STABBING HIM, it wiill be so so easy to establish 'intent to kill'. The fake drivers license with her picture is also an evidence that she had intention to commit crime and conceal her real identity. How will she prove rape when she took money from his account thereafter.....if u r lucky to escape being raped , the next is not to go and make withdrawals from his account. Involuntary Manslaughter is as good as Dead on Arrival. I doff my hat for any lawyer that can get her out.

not necessarily. all it takes to get an intl passport and drivers license is readiness to pay immigration officials and FRSC officials small bribe. u will only go for capturing....she can easily raise d funds through the men she sleeps with.

Baba Ijesha deserves bail, public opinion is similar to jungle justice, it is terrible. But this man cannot justify abusing a minor(if the girl is actually a minor) with the fact that they all sleep with one another in the industry.
