mrwonlasewonie: in Nigerian setting,a 20 something year old that is buying cars worth millions of Naira IS DEFINITELY INTO FRAUD, STEALING, KIDNAPPING, ROBBING,DRUG BUISNESS Or anything that smells of ctime
I said what I said.we are all Nigerians we know/ understand how the system works Most of them, not all my brother. People are making legit millions online. Information is power. I agree most young men living recklessly n spending on frivolities are into fraud n all these things u mentioned. Because even money made legitimately online requires work n some sort of stress. But believe me a young man in his 20s with the right info and luck can make millions and drive big cars and live quite big. |

jayboy112233: Sorry I posted this on here. Please i need your sincere advice most especially from the married men and women here.
Can a guy who is earning 80k in Lagos marry with that income?
31yrs and family have started bringing issue of marriage. Citing the advantages of early marriage and disadvantages of late marriage, that it's not good to have your kids in secondary school @60yrs when you should be relaxing. Yes U can marry with a salary of 80k(me i for say make rethink am sha), it all depends on the lifestyle you and your wife choose to have. But it looks like the reason u wana get married now is beacuse ur family is pressurizing you to do so, it should be up to u and ur partner, not ur family, not her family. |

Benrosaria: Yea we all know how gullible we are, but my point clear is the best marketing strat should be on the pooor and not the rich. Bring a child from the trench, groom the child while you use this product on the child and tell me you won’t buy the soap if you are way above 40. Misplaced priority I get your point but Businesses n Corporate organizations care about immediate success. They prefer to pay for success than groom it. Businesses succeed based on the needs of the market. If most of us identify with a kind of gutter to glory story, corporate organizations will package that model for their adverts. If majority of us are obsessed with how celebrities live, then a business man will give us that model. What they do is business, not charity, even behind their CSR, business motives dey there. |
Celebrities › Re: Imade Adeleke Signs An Endorsement With Eva Baby Soap (Photos) by tunapawizzy: 6:49am On May 14, 2021 |
Benrosaria: So marketing is about using the rich to advertise and expecting the poor to buy... cause davidos daughter isn’t using Eva baby soap to look this good if really she would be using Eva soap she is an ambassador and won’t be expected to buy one till her contract ends.
Marketing sucks It's about people with influence pretending a product is d reason they are the way fans perceive dem. And since in Nigeria we love to follow trend, rather than look at things critically, then that wil be a good marketing strategy. |

northbird: Have you made such before in PH? No conjectures, op needs facts backed by figures. As it stands, the most lucrative city for e-hailing is still Lagos. Even in Lagos 100k/week is still a tall order.
2blockus 1.stick with your job. 2.Drive on weekends, don't give your car out on rental or HP I agree with ur No.2 totally, However that no1, let him not keep postponing, time waits for no one, i wonder how much poster can even save from a 100k bank job(possibly 50k or even far less) and progression doesnt look certain , he should try and drive himself n get other skills, particulary if he can do tech |

Career › Re: Bank Work Or Bolt Driver? by tunapawizzy: 6:26pm On May 09, 2021 |
Eryyy92: Sir please keep your bank job 100k monthly currently in Nigeria is no joke 90% of persons advising you to resign don't have any meaningful job/business You can start savings or better still invest in cryptos and stocks with 5-10% of your monthly salary. As for your car, if the distance to work is far, keep your car I don't think it would cost much maintenance as you only drive in the morning and evening then occasionally during weekends If you have a wife, get her engaged in a descent profitable venture Please and please Don't sack yourself Driving work isn't easy as you think Save and invest for the raining days Thanks and God bless your family Dont advice someone to just invest in crypto if u wont make dem understand the fundamentals of crypto.......the best approach to crypto is to buy and forget, in some cases for years.....put 5m in crypto now, e fit become 2m in 2 months, but that 2m can become 100m in years ....its difficult to advice the poster without knowing his long term goals.....if hes looking at travelling out OR raising funds for some business, he should do uber/bolt......he has higher chances of raising funds for something bigger compared to 100k salary...He should not give car out on Higher Purchase..except he has a mechanism to inspect the car every week and retrieve his car almost immediately |

Jazzman01: The man is guilty. A video of him begging profusely for mercy has gone viral online. U dont know lawyers sha...they will turn the case around, they will argue why their client had no option but to agree with the people interrogating him for his safety.....the problem here is the Law, the law is too weak on these kind of crimes, sexually molesting OR trying to seduce a child should attract express 15years in jail, no need of negotiation...dat way the video would be sufficient. I was surprised to read that the law is treating harrassment with penetration differently from harrassment without penetration. |
Crime › Re: Baba Ijesha: Lagos DSVRT Gets Involved In The Case by tunapawizzy: 6:25pm On Apr 30, 2021 |
abbey621: Yea in a perfect world this would be a solution but in 9ja it won't work. Average parents spend nothing less than 12 hours away from their kids per day, the poorer they are the more likely they are to be concerned about safety and the more likely they are to leave their kids with a neighbor, aunty or uncle. In this particular case because of the high profile people involved and the level of witnesses, Ijesha cannot escape it. The words "I MOL,ESTED HER" came out of his mouth, the video shown is just one part, there is another video that shows him entering the house, undressing etc, even if the first video was not a nail on the coffin, the second one will crucify him and the Ijesha that I saw int he video looks stupid enough to go to court and say yes I molested her . his lawyers and people supporting him(of course he has have sympathizers). They will have access to him and will be advising him on what to say and what not to say, so he can get out of it or probably get a lighter sentence......Thats why i fear lawyers |

Crime › Re: Baba Ijesha: Lagos DSVRT Gets Involved In The Case by tunapawizzy: 4:08pm On Apr 30, 2021 |
abbey621: If you watched the video you would know that guilt has already been established, what remains now is motive. Ijesha himself confessed to battling spiritual forces for years now so there's no witchhunt here, they did not hold a gun to his head, they did not even call boys to tie him up and pour petrol on him, he confessed and even smiled in the video. What remains to be seen is whether he is sorry for the act itself or sorry that he got caught. Either way, man will likely rot in prison. Unfortunately, the law is stupid. What can be termed a confession in d eyes of stupid law is when someone says I, so so so so so, did this and that and I am not making this confession under duress....Its very unfortunate the law is weak. I also understand there's a technical clause that can be used to knock the molestation/rape incident of 7 years ago off because e dun tay. Going forward, d solution to this thing is that ladies should be encouraged to speak up immediately, without stigma or backlash from the society. Parents should please be friends with their kids, ensure ur kids can confide in you....study ur child/ward and see what works for him or her, do what u can to earn their trust n confidence. |
