Re-allign and reposition yourselves for the task ahead for the next 4 years. See how you can better your lives in the new dispensation. No amount of wailling can turn the tide of event now. Obi or not Obi, your personal lives must move on. Don't stay here on the platform doing nothing constructive. If you have a trade to promote, do it. If you have market to sell, advertise it. If you have a skill to prosper, share it to potential helpers. Don't waste your precious time flogging a dead horse. Obi's personal business is on-going. He will not share you the proceeds. Chinese youths are busy with inventions right now. Likewise in Japan, in all other developed countries. Make use of social media wisely. Remember you are spending money on data as well. Nobody pays you back. Nigerian youths. Wake up! 1 Like |

Ttalk: Very terrible set of people. They are not objective in their criticism at all. Good numbers of them are in Lagos. Sadly enough, they can't go back home without bringing back urchins from their hometowns to overpopulate Lagos. Yet they think Tinubu is the cause of their woes. But they have governors in their region taking monthly allocation from federal purse and doing nothing. Obi was there before and didn't turn the state to Dubai. What magic can he do now? 1 Like |

I said it. I know the over-hyped figure you people are pushing forward will be a bundle of disappointments. A disaster! Peter Obi is a bad news! I can't imagine a sane person who has the interest of his country at heart spewing out such insensitive nonsense at this time. I thought you people are saying he is the Messiah. It is so obvious he is direction-less. I cant imagine he said that. So the pandemonium in the country now is justified becuase his kinsman is the one putting us in this mess. Perhaps the plot is directed at his main opposition so as to cripple his plans of rigging. All of your tribalistic obsession will see nothing wrong in what he is saying. Oh! What a country. If that is coming from another person, you people would have been spitting fire and brimstone. Because it is coming from your fanthom "Messiah" he deserves an applause. And I am pretty sure most of you wold be disappointed in him on this, but you won't come to the fore and disagree with him. This is appalling! You should all bury your heads in shame. 2 Likes 1 Share |
Politics / Re: Tinubu No Longer Has A Political Party To Run On - Farook Kperogi by tundeabib1: 2:00am On Feb 02, 2023 |
zanebaddo: Lagos, Lagos Lagos... why can't we just develop other states economically in Nigeria and decongest this Lagos. It is human nature to gravitate towards a cosmopolitan center like Lagos. But if such centers are replicated throughout the country then there would be a sense of autonomy. Are there no resources in those places too. All we need to do is use our senses, ask questions, stand up to the faces of all these governors who would be launching white elephant projects and be blaring their horns about it. If such criticism of Tinubu and his Lagos is dissipated towards your other governors, we will achieve this. All states, especially the south eastern states have the potentials - human and capital, to develop and evolve into economic nerve centers on their own. And also honourably habitable. To those who are happy about the rift between Tinubu and Buhari, I still want you to see beyond your nose. When I mentioned concerted efforts, some people were screaming blue murder. If Tinubu does not win, he will be comfortable. Remember they are all politicians, they know the game of realignment. It is you who will bear the brunt. Whoever wins is who we deserve. Like leaders, like the led. Una mumu never do. |
Politics / Re: Tinubu No Longer Has A Political Party To Run On - Farook Kperogi by tundeabib1: 2:57am On Feb 01, 2023 |
I don't know when some myopic citizens of this country will gather some senses and see beyond their nose. There should be a concerted efforts to restle power from the oligarchy Fulanis who want infinite loop of presidency arrogated to themselves only. Why should the president prefer someone else instead of Tinubu who fought tooth and nail to enthron him. This an absolute act of ingratitude. We all should support Tinubu in this course. What is people's grouse against him self? It is pertinent that he dissociate himself from the current woes we call government of the day. You don't expect him to campaign citing achievements of his party when it is obvious that for better parts of their tenure, he was a persona non grata. They kept him at bay. From the perspective of all 3 prominent gladiators, the best "thief" is still Tinubu. He has the ability to assemble a formidable team to move Nigeria forward or aren't we all tired of this nonsense? I am not an APC member or an ally of anyone who is a member. I am just taking a critical analysis of the precarious situation we are in. As for Obi, he may turn out to be the biggest disappointment. I don't know why the hues and cries about him from some quarters especially the youths. If truly there's someone they think will revolutionize and turn things their way, they should have considered the personalities of Sowore or Adebowle and host of others whom they have relegated to be the third class contestants. Obi is still part of the lugubrios old school. As far as I'm concerned, he's being hyped. I have not seen any plausible antecedence from the quarters he governed. The Igbos or any other tribes did not relocate to Anambra in pursuit of the supposed Eldorado or Oasis he conjured then. Moreso, the same people who applaud him now for being stingy will turn the table against him when contracts are not rolled out their ways. Be wise folks. It is just my own piece of postulations. 3 Likes 1 Share |

naija4life247:I can't stop laughing......... Dem no no say the matter wey dey ground don pass Peter Obi. It doesn't take only the knowledge of economics to rule a culturally diverse and over ethnicitised country like Nigeria. You need good application of diplomacy, charisma across the board and wider acceptability amongst the age groups. More importantly, one must be able to break the cabals. |

HIPROFILE:Obi ko, Alagbato ni. Must you go to Egypt to study their way of generating electricity when we have abundant gas and myriads of engineers and professors of the field here. Maybe you don't know, Sudan is trying to dam River Nile and that will leave Egypt with less options for hydroelectric generation. Everything we need is HERE! Why didn't he go there before now? All these brainwashing will lead Nigeria nowhere. |

The belief was that gifts should be any materials correlated to whatever field in which the beneficiary excels. The other day I was searching frantically bookshops in Lagos for any African Writers series' novels. I found none! So pathetic. |
