The spokesman never said Atiku would Restructured. In one year but, that practical restructuring processes and steps would be taken within one year max. Is that difficult to understand or you didn't read the post or watch the programme?

PDP had its Lowest Votes of roughly 13m in 2015 while buhari with all the sai baba cresendo had 15m+ highest ever. That should tell you something if at all.

the way Atiku will be defeated will shock many people. I read about Atiku's visit to Ekweremadu to clarify his choice of Obi and on his entourage are people who can not be trusted, saraki and co. people with no national political plus. Fayose, Wike and Ahmed Makarfi who held on to PDP when it was sinking have been sideline. Atiku is not going around with people who's name can be mentioned anywhere in Nigeria and somebody will say I am one of his fans yet he hope to win 2019 election.
