Just as expected judiciary of technicalities. A landmark judgement has been given without resolving d thorny issue of whether a central server truly existed or not. A layman like me won't understand if asked by my child if INEC used server for 2019 cos our supreme court judges have been turned into technical directors with " after joining issues " phrase . It is up to the PEPT to deliver judgement after tomorrow's adoption of final address.

Let me help you because that guy does not understand legal procedures or election petition cases.
During the pre trial stage of the tribal sittings when all appeals were being entertained,apc filed an application seeking the tribunal to dismiss atiku's case.atiku had 7 to 14 days to reply but he didnt.during court sittings,a party to the case must always respond or reply to a suit or a prayer against you within a timeline and failurw to do that means that you have agreed with the allegations labelled agsinst you and that the court is free without any obstacle to rule against you.you are totally exposed.
Now,atiku team tried to reply after the deadline to reply but the tribunal rejected it.they now appealed at the supreme court albeit late after all issues at the tribunal has been concluded making it status and time barred hence their judgment to today.
The import is that the tribunal may likely grant apc prayers and dismiss pdp's case without even going to the main issues or substantive issues since there's no reason why there shouldn't except they want to be lenient to atiku.
Tuniski is the last person you should be asking for clarifications from,he's empty.a similar thing happened in osun and he was arguing vainly,my predictions finally came to pass.the supreme court today also dismiss atiku application to inspect the server.tuniski and deji take note

I repeat only technical judgement can save buhari/apc and everyone knows that.

I just read 2003,2007 and 2011 presidential tribunal judgments.it took me hours.buhari provided far more compelling and damaging evidence and facts.buhari called close to 1000 witnesses with half being voters who are the strongest source of testimony.they even alleged disenfranchisement which is very grave.buhari provided evidences from 30 states.he provided specimen of ballot papers which and election materials showing double and triple dating,showinf that they were pre-thumbprinted.videos of massive thumbprinting,violence,intimidation were tendered.unticked and unsigned registers were all placed before the tribunal,these is far more than what atiku provided the court but buhari failed.why won't atiku fail?

I repeat it is never the quantity of witnesses but the quality. INEC and APC ran away from their defense making their written addresses Watery. You just don't dismiss server in a written address when you had the opportunity to do so under cross examination.

the case related to Server in supreme court is whether INEC was right or not in not allowing inspection of the phantom Server.
However, right from on set Atiku and his party built their case on the so called Server result which, according to them, gave them victory. But, Atiku and his party arounded up there submission without reference to their Server result anymore yet you can't see his impending crash from the tribunal.
If you are following the case as you claim, then you are doing that with bias.

Go and read the final address and see the detailed submission on the server.
