The case is not about superiority perse rather invalidating INEC results. Thereby either calling for fresh election, rerun or canceling the affected states and declaring a winner from the rest.

How can you claim before the Court that you used the best scientific method to link the result to INEC server and you also claim such method can be used to alter the server's contents.

This translates to mean a confession buttressing the fact that he was paid to alter the server's content to favour his client.

The witness requested for permission of the Inec Chairman, not the Tribunal. The Tribunal can't give an order which neither of the parties requested for.

The tribunal can cos, the petitioner had already requested to be allowed to inspect the server at the interlocutory stage for which, the tribunal said they can't allow for that at that moment.
Reason beingg that the server controversy is part of the main suit. That it will wait until it has been argued.

Thus far, it has been well argued. So it is now upto the Tribunal to decide definitively after the petitioner/defendants have closed their case.

That is the prerogative of the Tribunal. Yes they can order the inspection of INEC server.

Let me tell u what is happening here. Atiku was scammed with these server issue. This is really guy man work. Just like the time of Ade Bendel & co. Go and research how a power man was scammed of a vessel worth million of dollars in Lagos. The man even went inside the vessel at Apapa port to confirm delivery b4 he paid the final money. The following day the vessel disappeared. That was what wrecked the man. That is exactly how Atiku is continuing to be scam with these server. You know Atiku love marabouts

Whether atiku was scammed or not isn't the contention here. The petition is making a case to the panel of justices to allow for the inspection of the INEC server.
So far, he has made progress.
