Yes it does if, it was done primarily and with immediacy on non conduct of primaries before eligibility to contest the secondary election against other parties. It is injurious to all contestants in the secondary elections for anyone without going though a valid primaries to be a candidate.

The mode of primaries is non challengeable but, the none conduct of primaries is.

Your problem is that you are one directional. Every matter has its facts, context and effects. Take the case of Mama Taraba who only after losing election deposited at the Tribunal that PDP didn't hold a valid primaries but, was ruled against at the supreme court for being a meddlesome interloper cos, PDP had primaries in Abuja not Taraba for security reasons that was deemed valid. Whereas, this is a pre-election petition that apc didn't conduct primaries for INEC to have published the names it did. Are the matters the same?
