Clevite: tuniski, it is obvious you're the one that needs to get yourself updated here. To make it easy for you, I refer you to the Constitution by which the Supreme Court is guided.
Please go and read Section 285(7) of 1999 Constitution(as amended). It states thus:
"An appeal from the decision of an election tribunal or Court of Appeal in an election matter shall be heard and disposed of within 60 days FROM THE DATE OF THE DELIVERY OF JUDGEMENT OF THE TRIBUNAL OR COURT OF APPEAL." ( emphasis mine)
Kindly give me any statutory provision contrary to this. I'm waiting. This citation actually confirms 60days upon appeal. The entry line read thus ; ' An APPEAL.......... Hope you get it. |

If it was the PDP now, the whole world would have been hearing of a democracy under threat. Nobody stops apc from doing that. Usually incumbent don't make noise cos they have levers of power. But opposition Must always speak out and speak Up. |

Court of Appeal gave their judgment on May 9, 2019. So, July 5 date is still within time. 60days from the day appeal was filed which was 24th of May. |

The only way pdp will win this is if the supreme court declares supplementary polls illegal Supreme court is not for dogon turenci. Just straight to the facts. They can as well deliver judgement same day cos the hearing is largely a formality the briefing had been served. The JSC have essentially decided. |

Wickedfacts: Actually, Boko Haram started during the time of Obasanjo when PDP was in power. Politicians in Yobe state used them for elections and killed their leader.
FYI, as at 2002, Boko Haram nominated a Commisioner in the PDP government of Yobe state. Boko Haram is the single biggest "gift" PDP have Nigeria.
Most of you are ignorant of facts and history and publicity advertise tour ignorance online. Pdp has never govern Yobe. Yobe and borno have been APP then ANPP and now APC. |

deomelo: Market place approach is Atiku claiming illegally obtained info from an imaginary server.
Market place approach is Atiku heating to the election tribunal with servers accusations instead of challenging INEC for violating electoral laws by illegally transmitting election results.
Atiku and his server claims are, of course, the real market place approach, it's a fool's errand and losers lonely journey and self induced pain and sorrow. Atiku is doing the right thing. |

Politics › Re: Dino Melaye On INEC Server: When they claim they don't have a server show them by tuniski: 7:27pm On Jun 16, 2019 |
deomelo: Seriously, INEC trained thousand of people to use the card readers and facilitate voting in hundreds of thousands poling booths all over Nigeria, but we are ye to hear from these officials categorically stating not only how they were trained to conduct the election, but also how they were trained to use and transmit results to any server, including the transmission button they pushed on the card reader to transmit the results, so how come trained INEC polling officials including the trained NYSC members not stepping with first hand proof and evidence to support Atiku's assertions?
I'm 100% sure card carrying NYSC PDP members with card readers were also at the polling stations all over the country so where are they? How come they are not stepping put to stand behind Atiku's server argument or at least to show the rest of Nigeria exactly how they transmitted results to servers?
Or they've all been bribed by APC and INEC? Even sef, the polling stations were staffed with members from all the parties involved, including the PDP, so why are the PDP officials not talking?
Obviously, the server thing exits only in Atiku's loser imagination You are in a hurry such witnesses will be presented when it gets to that point. |
