There is no option or way to fast track except you have a cogent reason why they should attend to it. You can give them a call every 2 weeks to ask for an update.

That's correct. you dont need it for Vetassess. YOu only need it from EOI stage upwards

My main question is this, after the programme is this gonna be enough to pursue Australia PR or must i have to go ahead and do my Masters too?
Again there's every tendency that i could be upto 40years at the time I will be done with all these.

the PGDE will be enough as long as there is a teaching practice of up to 45 days and you are sure you can achieve a minimum of IELTS Academic L8 S8 W7 R7.

Please note that your age point drops to 15 on your 40th birthday. You may want to do a point calculation to know where you stand.

You are better off assessing as a teacher if you can get the required English score.

Good choice if you ask me! The competition in Civil Engineering is so fierce. I was shocked when I saw the numbers of applicants running into thousands of EOIs. My occupation is learning where civil Engineering is in terms of competition.

You will get invite at the speed of light with Construction Project manager if you can get a positive assessment. You won't stay long in the queue.

Of course you can change skill assessment after lodging EOI. Just make sure you withdraw the previous EOI once you get an invite for the construction project manager to give chance to other people when submitting your new one.

I received a negative VETASSESS outcome for Health Promotion Officer (ANZSCO 251911) because my degree was assessed as not having sufficient public health courses.

I am now considering a reassessment with a change of occupation to Health Diagnostic and Promotion Professionals nec (ANZSCO 251999), since my job duties align more closely with this occupation and my bachelor degree is listed as one of the qualifications considered suitable.

My concern is about the Statements of Service I previously submitted. Can I resubmit the same ones (perhaps with slight modifications) under the new nomination as ‘updated statement’? or just reapply without submitting any. The confusion is because the old and new occupation have some similarities.

The VETASSESS website mentions that for a change of occupation, applicants can provide additional employment details and qualifications, but it also says the original application cannot be altered.

Thanks for the swift response. However I need further clarification, I know the owner of the pharmacy, he registered it under a group of companies with the pharmacy being one of his businesses. Regarding the evidence I have payslips and bank statements from last year to date. However I am claiming 5 years work experience. The pharmacy is small hence I will ask regarding the tax receipt

RER is fine if you have your documents to prove the experience. Your accounting degree will fly however Vetassess may deduct at lease years from your years of experience

His first degree is in international relations however he has years of experience as a photographer/ film and media editor plus an msc in the uk.

Sadly you are not eligible. TASUED is a tier 2 university and your 4 year degree is considered an Associate degree (level 6) and not up to a Bachelor degree (level 7). Your only option is to have a PGDE (level 7) that has teaching practice.

For your spouse, LASU 4 year course is also a level 6 not 7. Video Editor occupation requires a level 7 degree. Since he has a masters, that will fly however he must have at least 1-2 years post-Masters experience.

Letter alone does not work. You must include transcript and certificate.
If you have those 3, then it will be accepted

You can assess however nomination may be an issue because it's tough to be nominated for that occupation due to the competition

Not really but in the last 2 months now, DHA has been requesting for additional documents especially if you don't present a salary bank statement and tax

Bank statement is not an option because I wasn't paid through bank accounts officially

You can use payslips alone for Vetassess but for DHA, payslips and tax alone won't cut it as COs have been requesting for additional documents since July 2025. It's like they don't expect companies to be paying cash in this time and age.

I would also recommend Licensed Immigration Advisers as a Nigerian, it may seem costly but much cheaper in the long run because they will legally guide all the way till visa is out. Speaking from experience.

You may want to check ICT SAles rep if you have a Masters. I dont think your Bsc from Benin is considered a Bsc in Australia

You cannot assess as a teacher without a qualification in education.
Make sure the Masters in Education has teaching practice component
