Okija_juju: what an irony! an unrepentant tribalist like you is suggesting he move to Ibadan? i thought you guys said Ibadan is the dirtiest place on earth? If you hate Yoruba so much how come you still dreaming about Ibadan? The way you guys reason unbelievable shallow! |

justwise: Your level of ignorance is amazing! I thought I should just let this resty but since you decide to reply in this manner I will not hesitate to expose your ignorance because its your choice. Why should this man relocate to east in a hurry as if there is war or pogrom against the igbos? there was a riot which is an aftermath of the presidential election so just because of that he should relocate to east after staying in Bauchi for 45 years? You talk as if the SE is a safe haven Bauchi of all places in the north is not even a place notorious for riots or killing of ibos, what happened was just a one off thing, despite this the incident served as a wake up call for this man and he started thinking of relocating back home. This is the only thing a sensible man will do judging by the situation not running away with his tail between his legs as if he's being hunted. if there is a war situation he will no doubt leave immediately but since this is not the case a planned phased return is a sensible thing. Your post expose your lack of knowledge about northern Nigeria and for ignorant folks like you north must be like a killing fields of sorts go to Bauchi today a lot of igbo business men are still there doing well and thriving. Bauchi is not Yobe or Bornu state or even kaduna which are notorious for several boko haram killings. So justf00l it is not compulsory to comment on issues which you are ignorant about, I'll advise you to limit yourself to your travel section and continue your role of the travel section attack dog, your knowledge of Nigerian politics and political terrain as well as practical life issue is very shallow so stick to your area of specialisation. your argument is lame, impractical and made out of emotion so buzz off! |

justwise: Is he the only ibo man in the Bauch1? is their any pogrom against Ibos in Bauchi? Are there no Ibos left in Bauchi? at least some members of his family has already relocated and he was trying to make provision for them, planning for their welfare and his eventual return. If all ibos relocate to the east can the east contain them? Its so easy for you to come to internet to run your mouth but wait until you have some hungry mouths to feed without moneyy before you start to run your mouth. Its people like you that will encourage people to leave but when they get back to the east you'll turn them to object of ridicle. Your f00lishness and lack of sensitivity is obvious so I won't waste any of my time replying you again, you and the likes of you can continue to wallow in ignorance and stupeedity. |

trae_z: I'm with tunnytox on this one. Justwise as an aside you need to watch your mouth and learn how to be the bigger man. It pays to be civil always and there's no first prize for who throws the most insults. Besides u're a mod! Start acting like a Statesman instead of one always ready to abuse and argue tout. apart from being a mod he is fond of trying to prove 'justwise' like his monicker but most times I saw him argue blindly on several threads i just look the other side but since he decided to quote me on this thread I will not hesitate to expose his f00lishness. |

For people like you who believes you're wise while others are f00ls when your so called wisdom fails you you'll learn this life doesn't just go straight. Stupeed justf00l! |

kayjegs: The problem we still have in Nigeria is that we are never sincere with ourselves. You will never see the Elite Igbo clamouring for Biafra. Please ask any Elite Igbo who stays in Lagos you know if he is really in support of Biafra now. And that he is ready to move to the East and start Biafra. Most the guys commenting here that are Igbos wont want to join in the struggle for Biafra. They can only post on nairaland and talk as if they are very patriotic. The Elite Igbos will just be laughing at these things. I dont want to sound sentimental here but sincerely if it was the Yoruba that wants to agitate to leave Nigeria, it will be successful because before they make such proposal, many plans would havce been underway and it would have gotten to an extent whereby when you ask any Yoruba person, literate or illiterate, Elite or not, they will say the same thing but Igbos would not do that. This is the problem. I am indifferent about Biafra, if it is the best thing to do now, then go ahead and plan it well but sincerity is never there. The so called Organizer abroad is using this to make more money. It is very simple. There are many funds for Rights activism, democracy agitations out there for NGOs which he just wants to benefit from and sees this as an opportunity to organize his Igbo brothers to achieve this aim. My advice to Igbo guys about this Diaspora guy when he comes, tell him to bring all his family along and stay on ground here to fight the cause instead of stying out there and doing this. +100000 likes |

tayoccu: Stop hyperventilating mate, so because tadpole don't shake heads that make you more intelligent and made me less intelligent? So much for your kind of intelligent your intelligence is based on tadpole theory shey? The man already planned to leave and has relocated members of his family already so what do you want him to do? It's not like he's the only ibo living in Bauchi abi ba only him? How come others have not left? Obviously, the man is just unlucky to have been attacked twice, it's a matter of life and death but its not like there is a pogrom or genocide against the Ibos in Bauchi he was simply unlucky. |

justwise:m Look dude you're not smart at all, sometimes you have to realise that not everyone have time like you to be dragging issues. It is not only stupeed but daft for anyone to be blaming this man, you do not know the whole story of this man, his personal circumstances but you believe you can sit down somewhere in the comfort if your own room to judge him, how daft could that be? Tell me had the whole of ibo community now left Bauchi? Why is he the only one who suffer this fate? And if the whole ibo community left Bauchi can the SE contain them? Sometimes I wonder why you choose the name justwise because many if your statement usually proof otherwise. I'm starting work now but be sure ill give you a good reply to your normal lame posts whenever I'm available. |

Even if he relocate to his village that does not immune him to kidnapping, armed robbery, poisoning etc abi dem no dey kidnap ibo people from in alaigbo? But some ibos will say Yoruba don't like them I don't know of any record of ibos being targeted in the SW, perharps if some of you guys get your wish you may start to appreciate our hospitality And for people saying he should have left, talk is cheap! Do you think it is easy to quickly dispose off your assets to relocate to the East? are there still no ibos in the north doing well? What will he be doing in his village and how will he feed his family? just pray that you don't find yourself in that situation, next time just think very well before running your mouth. |

Ridiculous thread! Yoruba language is already being taaught in some US colleges The video below shows how 2 American students came to university of Ibadan to study Yoruba language, they lived with their adopted Yoruba parents like every other Yoruba living in Ibadan, they even go to market like Oja oba just like every one else. igba ti ekun n logba inu igbo lobo eyin ibo wa https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hk1aPBazfjo 2 Likes |

Absolutely brilliant! This piece prety sum up the problem of ACN and the danger lurking ahead in 2015. Few weeks ago I was in Ibadan, the whole city looked like a ghost town, there was no development activity except some useless projects which are not necessary. There is no people oriented program going on in Oyo state, the governor is busy planting flowers and putting useless and needless pavelock on the sides of few major roads. What ACN and espcially the self imposed dictator now called Jagaban need to realise is that Yorubas are not daft and if they continue this way they will be dealt with severely in 2015. Oyo kii kuku sin enikan leemeji! |
