In this case one cannot rule out spiritual forces in some instances but the fact is sleep paralysis is natural occurence which protects us from acting out our dreams.

Dont know if i'm the only one who experiences this but anytime i use my hp pavillion dv 2000 laptop,i feel quite unwell after some minutes(i guess the radiation from the screen is above normal) I start to have headaches,eye aches fatigue etc.
