No motivation that is why the southern states don't want to get involved.The standard of life of a police officer is not encouraging.In the south we want to leave a comfortable life even though you are not rich.A police officer of 15years in service cannot go home with salary of 70_75 and he is married with wife and children.No insurance incase of casualties,no good working environment,no standard accomodation,no hospital for officers,no transportation,no transfer allowance,etc.I don't want to talk about the risk involved.So why will someone who doesn't want to remain poor wants to join the police organization except those with corrupt mind as civilian.

Cross river,ebony and Benue state with land issue is getting out of hand,how we go continue to kill one another because of land.
