You have both made valid points. However I would like to agree and disagree with a few things.

This is where I totally agree with Daeylar and this is my personal opinion. The fact that someone lies about being raped or kidnapped doesn't reduce the credibility of genuine rape/kidnap cases.

Criminal cases are not subject to "public opinions or polls" which makes this argument about "credibility" void. Everyone has a choice to believe whatever they want to. However, it is up to the legal system to decide based on facts and evidence presented before a Judge if a particular case is genuine or not.

If for example everyone chooses not to believe a genuine rape case, does this therefore mean the police wouldn't investigate? Does it change the dynamics in any way? Absolutely not.

On the flip side this is where I totally agree with deolumike . For one who is wrongly accused of Rape or Kidnap, there is a stigma automatically attached to the person. Even if his name gets cleared and is published on every newspaper and blog, it wouldn't of necessity take away that stigma especially in a country like Nigeria. People would still refer to him as one who was accused of "rape/kidnap".

He might still struggle to get a job, because some people would still "choose" to believe he is guilty, while others wouldn't want to take the risk of employing someone who has been previously accused of such because of the image it would give the organisation.

i have just one question, is the court of law always right? Because I have read people charged for crimes they didn't commit even in countries where corruption is low

Some of the elders are pretty bland and boring, like Obliterator who just likes to destroy things and he's so simple to defeat, I mean if someone has spent millenia destroying things, at least he should be very good at it abi? Judicator, boring. Caregiver, boring. Gardener, boring.

Some are pretty cool though...Runner, Contemplator, Champion of the Universe, Trader, Collector, Grandmaster, all awesome. Grandmaster is like the greatest player/cheat in the universe, there's no game he doesn't play or bet on. He doesn't really care about morals, because it's all a game to him, this is the guy that cheated Death who has never forgiven him, this is the guy that can will the death of any being in existence or resurrect any being from death, this is the guy even the other Elders fear because they are never sure if he's just using them for one of his games. Also it appears Ego is also an Elder, which is interesting because he's supposed to appear in Guardians of the Galaxy. Maybe we'll see other elders in that movie too. I love it when Marvel goes cosmic, things get very interesting indeed

British scientist have found a cure to HIV-AIDS

– The researchers say its not over yet, as more experiments needs

Emerging reports suggest that British scientists could be one
step closer towards finding a permanent cure for HIV-AIDS.
Huffington Post reports that a 44-year-old social worker in
London appears to be completely free of the virus after
undergoing an experimental therapy technique.
The man was first given a vaccine which helped his immune
system detect infected cells, and then took Vorinostat, a drug
which is normally used in experimental cancer treatment trials.
The Vorinostat then activates dormant infected cells that would
normally slip through the net allowing the body’s immune system
to detect and kill every last infected cell. In simple terms what this combination of treatments does is
remove the camouflage that allows HIV to remain hidden and
then shine a spotlight on it allowing the immune system to clearly
identify infected cells and kill them.
The researchers have said that there’s an extremely long way to
go before they start throwing parties. For starters this is just one
man in a trial that involves 50 people.
All 50 will need to show similar responses to the treatment, and
then even if they do they’ll need to be continually tested for the
next five years to make sure the virus has been completely
eradicated.
That said, this is promising news. For starters this method is
