It’s not personal—just fear of what too much comfort or availability might trigger. Then maybe it's better to cut those people off from your life. |

meobizy: You hardly hear males complain about this with fellow males. That is because we can simply dismiss the guy and continue with life. It happens mostly when we contact women. I learned to stop caring long ago. It is mostly lack of interest. Find someone else. Out of twenty women, one will reciprocate how you want. Some are already in relationships. Those ones will contact you in three years time when things fall apart. By then, you’ll be the one to reject their advance. You’d have long forgotten them. Even some guys do it too. |

A US-based Nigerian woman, Ogechukwu Christine Kalu, has taken to Facebook to list the characteristics she requires in a man for marriage.
The educational consultant, in a post on Sunday, June 2, 2024, said the man should know how to cook, do laundry, enjoy other house chores, PDA and “perform.”
She stated that the man must love plants and know how to pronounce certain words before she can consider him. "Now that my DM is clogged with “I love you” let me reinstate that I am single. Looking for a cute man, well educated, God fearing, knows how to pray and intercede for the family, can cook and enjoys laundry, is homely and can fold clothes immediately after laundry.
Enjoys house chores, can take care of kids and also has a good job business and/or great career prospects. Loves PDA and can perform. Loves plants. Enjoys listening to worship. Flamemignon1: To hell with masculinity. Life is hard because of it, wars are caused by it, society is thought to live in a box by it, masculinity created this world and look at the big mess it did. Y'all would rather see masculine men who are gangsters, rapists, murderers than feminine men adding something to society and just so you know, no man is a 100% masculine not even you and no woman is a 100% feminine, we all both in us even in our biological makeup I understand your frustration and the points you’ve raised. It’s true that traditional notions of masculinity can contribute to many societal problems, including violence and rigid gender roles. However, it’s important to recognize that masculinity itself isn’t inherently harmful; rather, it’s the toxic aspects of it that cause issues. Encouraging positive expressions of masculinity and embracing both masculine and feminine traits in everyone can lead to a more balanced and harmonious society. We need to redefine what it means to be masculine and feminine in ways that promote empathy, cooperation, and mutual respect. But I still maintain gay is not a masculine, hell not even a feminine trait, it's of the DEVIL! |
Health › Re: Is Feminity In Male Natural? - Victor Obanor by Twenty8: 7:06am On Jun 21, 2024 |
Flamemignon1: Because you were the one that created a template for masculinity abi? What else? Real men don't cry or show pain or real men don't have breasts? Pain and tears are universal, even for animals. It's important to rise above your misery and keep going. However, acting a fool, wearing makeup, and mimicking the behavior of women can make you appear gay. And a truly masculine man hell would never let another man bend him over and penetrate him; a real masculine man will never do that. |

Yes, she makes fresh juice every morning for their lunch in school. The kids got tired of the fresh juice that they ignore it and return with it sometimes. Now she buys other drnks like yoghurt, chocolate and milkshake. Said she will be alternating them so they still drink the fresh juice when she gives them.
She complains i am too strict, and sometimes go for cheap things at the expense of quality. Always blackmailing me with the kids' health. That was why I withdrew a bit, before I'll be blamed if my kids fall sick. But, no be naija we dey? They still fall sick once in a while. It was in that regards she stopped them from drinking any other water but Eva.
I know some of these are not neccessary, but I just look away sometimes in order not to be 'too' strict'.
For comparison of standard, it's a NO. She knows nobody dares that in my house. Na she just set the standard, which if allowed, i will definitely lower it. Once in a while we dey clash, but you know how e dey be. Big bros I no say make u no give ur wife 700million naira/month o, but abeg do DNA test for your children before things go too far sha. |

Olarewajub: Introvert comes from Latin intro- , "inward," and vertere , "turning." It describes a person who tends to turn inward mentally. Introverts sometimes avoid large groups of people, feeling more energized by time alone.
Introversion is at its root a type of temperament. It is not the same as shyness or having a withdrawn personality, and it is not pathological. It is also not something you can change. But you can learn to work with it, not against it. <a href="https://www.quora.com/profile/Andrew-Ferebee">okay /a>

Romance › Re: See What I Just Found Out About The Paternity Of My First Child After Six Years by Twenty8: 5:42am On May 09, 2024 |
Meektunz: Last week Saturday was the day I would never forget in a hurry, it was a Saturday I nearly died. My wife met me in the room while i was relaxing and she said she has something to tell me, so I said okay she should go ahead and the next thing she said was please she is sorry for everything, that she is tired of keeping it for 6 years and that she is ready for the outcome of this. I replied by saying "you're keeping me in too much suspense, please talk". Then she said i'm not the father of our first child, that the father is back for him claiming responsibility. Though I've always had doubt about the child right from birth. She said the father denied being responsible for the pregnancy when she got pregnant that was why she forced it on me. She started apologizing that I should forgive her, that she was young and naive. I couldn't utter a word due to how i was feeling.
She went down to our pastor's office and told him everything and that she wants to go back to her parent's house, then he asked her why and she said it's not as if marriage has been smooth and that I've sent her out of the house severally when we had issues. Etc. For goodness sake is that the issue on ground?
From then till today I've not understood myself uptil today, I was admitted in the hospital for good three days, I was discharged yesterday evening. Till now I haven't said anything yet due to my health condition. She kept begging me everyday day, right from the hospital, uptil today. Guys, I wish death could just take me, this lady has shattered me. I wish you know what I passed through for that child.
I remember when she was in labour for that child, i had to treck all around this city of Abuja from place to place begging people I know for little assistance so I could buy little things for the birth of the child, if I express what I passed through, Oh God... Let me stop here. Please guys what should I do? Right now I just want to get better and send her back to her parent's house. I'm tired of crying for almost 5 days now. You really are a simpleton bros, I don't want to be like you. |

PrayWills: Our court wedding was supposed to be on Friday. I caught her telling a married man I love you and calling each other all sweet names. I confronted her and she said she was telling of proving to me she was faithful that I should draw whatever conclusions I wanted to.
I went to work on Monday and came back and told her I wanted to pause the weeding until we could sort our issues and she said we should call it off totally.
As we speak she has moved back to her mom’s house with the two kids, what do I do?
PS: she was raised by a single mom Sometimes in life the only thing one can/should do is nothing. |
