bags under eyes: i do not think you can control this. for instance you've been stressed out or you've not had a sleep at all you will definately have bags.

it could be change of weather like the Doctor said. it cld be the washing powder u use to wash your clothes or it cld be you reacting to something. best advice book an appointment with the Dermatologist. i have itchy skin as well. i have used loads of medicine and cream but it does not work.

It cld be for a while. when u get older you might outgrow the itchy nipples.
